“三生”用地结构的空间格局及影响因素研究*——基于284个城市面板数据

摘要:
[目的]探究城市“三生”用地结构空间格局及影响因素,为城市土地利用格局优化和城市发展提供参考。[方法]基于284个地级市面板数据,利用GIS空间分析法揭示城市“三生”用地结构空间格局并运用主成分法和多元线性回归模型定量分析其影响因素。[结果](1)城市“三生”用地结构在全国尺度下呈现以不同城市群为中心集聚的空间分布规律; (2)城市生产用地结构呈现“东高西低、沿海高于内陆”的空间分布特征,城市生活用地结构呈现“中部高,东西部低”的空间分布特征,城市生态用地结构呈现“东低西高”的空间分布特征; (3)经济因素、产业结构、基础设施水平、生态环境和城市人口等是城市“三生”用地结构的主控因素,且各因素因城市等级差别而产生不同程度的影响。[结论]不同规模城市“三生”用地结构空间格局及影响因素具有差异性,我国应根据不同城市的特征推进差别化的城市“三生”用地优化发展战略。

Abstract:
To explore the spatial pattern and influencing factors of urban" ecological living productive" land use structure, and provide reference for urban land use pattern optimization and urban development. Based on the panel data of 284 prefecture level city, the spatial pattern of urban " ecological living productive " land structure was revealed by GIS spatial analysis, and the influence factors were quantitatively analyzed by using principal component method and multiple linear regression model. The results showed: (1) The spatial distribution law of urban "ecological living productive" land was presented at the national scale with different urban agglomerations. (2)The urban production land structure presented the spatial distribution characteristics of "the eastern terrain was higher than the western terrain and the coastal terrain was higher than the inland terrain". The urban living land structure presented the spatial distribution characteristics of "the middle ground was higher, the low lying area of the east and the west", and the urban ecological land structure presented the spatial distribution characteristics of "the east was low and the west was high". (3) Economic factors, industrial structure, level of infrastructure, ecological environment and urban population were the main control factors of "ecological living productive" land structures in the city, and each factor produced different degree of influence due to city grade difference. The spatial pattern and influencing factors of "ecological living productive" land structure in different scale cities were different, and we should promote the development strategy of "ecological living productive" land for different cities according to the characteristics of different cities.
