基于PSR-熵权模糊物元模型的森林生态安全动态评价*——以中部6省为例

摘要:
[目的]随着经济社会的高速发展,土壤污染、大气污染、水污染等问题开始严重威胁着人类的生存活动。森林作为陆地生态系统中物质交换和能量流动的主体部分,森林生态系统的健康和安全就成为人类生存发展的重要保障,也是国家生态安全的重要指标之一,系统地评价森林生态安全是提升生态文明建设的有效途径。[方法]基于Pressure State-Response(PSR)模型建立中部地区森林生态安全评价体系,选择熵权法对各指标进行权重分配,采用模糊物元模型对中部地区2005年、2010年、2015年森林生态安全进行动态评价。[结果]评价期内该地区森林生态安全水平总体上呈现良好状况且提升稳健,但区域发展不均衡,北部省份(山西、河南)森林生态安全状况较佳,中部省份(湖北、安徽)森林生态安全状态良好,南部省份(湖南、江西)森林生态安全状态有待提升。[结论]评价期内森林生态安全状态提升较为缓慢,且省份间存在较大差别; 河南、湖北、安徽3省承受了较大的森林生态安全压力; 单位GDP工业污染治理投资额普遍偏低,成为阻碍地区森林生态安全响应的主要因素。中部6省森林生态安全提升重点应在于减轻人类活动对森林环境的负面干扰,增强森林的营造、管护力度。

DYNAMIC CHANGES OF FOREST ECOLOGICAL SECURITY BASED ON PSR ENTROPY FUZZY MATTER ELEMENT MODEL*——A CASE STUDY OF SIX PROVINCES IN CENTRAL CHINA

Abstract:
With the rapid development of economy and society, soil pollution, air pollution, water pollution and other problems have begun to seriously threaten the survival of human activities. As the main part of material exchange and energy flow in terrestrial ecosystem, the health and safety of forest ecosystem has become an important guarantee for human survival and development, and also an important indicator of national ecological security. Systematic evaluation of forest ecological security is an effective way to promote the construction of ecological civilization. Based on Pressure State Response (PSR) model, the evaluation system of forest ecological security in central China was established. Entropy weight method was used to distribute the weight of each index. Fuzzy matter element model was used to dynamically evaluate the forest ecological security in central China in 2005, 2010 and 2015.In the evaluation period, the level of forest ecological security in the region was generally in good condition and steadily improved, but the regional development was not balanced. The forest ecological security in the northern provinces (Shanxi, Henan) was good, the forest ecological security in the central provinces (Hubei, Anhui) was in better condition, and the forest ecological security in the southern provinces (Hunan, Jiangxi) was to be promoted in a good condition. During the evaluation period, the forest ecological security status was promoted slowly, and there were great differences among provinces; Henan, Hubei and Anhui provinces were under great pressure of forest ecological security; the investment of industrial pollution control per unit GDP was generally low, which became the main factor hindering the response of regional forest ecological security. The key to enhance forest ecological security in the six central provinces is to reduce the negative disturbance of human activities to the forest environment and strengthen the forest construction and management.
