中部地区休闲农业可持续发展态势比较研究

摘要:

［目的］通过分析中部6省休闲农业发展情况，对各省休闲农业可持续发展态势进行比较研究。［方法］围绕休闲农业可持续发展态势进行评价，根据休闲农业发展情况，确定休闲农业发展中的核心指标，从系统内部结构着手构建休闲农业可持续发展态势评价指标体系，并根据专家对各指标的打分结果，运用层次分析法确定各指标权重，结合中部地区农业、社会、经济和旅游等方面数据，对中部6省休闲农业可持续发展态势进行比较和分析，采用综合评价法，得出中部6省休闲农业可持续发展态势的综合排名。［结果］最终确定中部6省休闲农业可持续发展态势的综合评价指数，得到的河南省、山西省、湖北省、安徽省、湖南省和江西省的综合评价指数分别为060、024、059、043、064、046，并根据各省综合评价指数得出中部6省休闲农业可持续发展态势排名。其中，湖南省的休闲农业可持续发展态势最高，湖北省、河南省发展态势次之，江西省和安徽省休闲农业可持续发展态势较低，山西省休闲农业可持续发展态势最弱。［结论］中部地区休闲农业可持续发展态势差异明显，未来休闲农业可持续发展空间很大，中部地区发展休闲农业需要加强区域合作，发挥互补优势，提高旅游行业服务与管理水平，共建旅游发展大格局。

Abstract:

The paper explored the development of leisure agriculture in six mid China provinces, in order to make a comparison on the sustainable development potential of leisure agriculture in them. The study focused on the evaluation of sustainable development potential in leisure agriculture. On the basis of the development in leisure agriculture, the core indicators of the development in leisure agriculture were designed, and the evaluation index system of the sustainable development potential in leisure agriculture was established within the inner structure system. According to the results of the scores given by the experts for each index, the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to determine the weight of each index. Based on the data of agriculture, society, economy and tourism, the comparison and analysis of the potential about the sustainable development of leisure agriculture of six mid china provinces were explored. Eventually, the study used the comprehensive evaluation method in order to get the sustainable development potential grades in leisure agriculture of the six mid china provinces. The comprehensive index value of the sustainable development potential in leisure agriculture of six mid china provinces were calculated. The comprehensive index value of Henan was 0.60. The value of Shanxi, Hubei and Anhui was 0.24, 0.59 and 0.43 respectively. Besides, the value of Hunan was 0.64, and Jiangxi was 0.46. Based on comprehensive index value of the six mid China provinces, the ranking of the sustainable development potential of leisure agriculture in six mid china provinces were explained. Therefore, the potential of development in Hunan is the strongest, and the potential of Hubei and Henan are both average. The potential of Jiangxi and Anhui are weak, and the potential of the weakest province is Shanxi. The sustainable development potential of leisure agriculture in the central region is different obviously, and the sustainable development potential of leisure agriculture will be with a great development prospect in the future. No matter how, by making the full utility of the unique advantages in resources and location, there will be a huge market opportunity about leisure agriculture in China in the future. The six mid China provinces should persist in making full use of each other′s comparative strengths and strengthening regional cooperation constantly. After that, the six mid China provinces need to improve the level of tourism about service and management. In the end, to build a grand pattern of tourism development together is the inevitable trend of the sustainable development in the future.
