[目的]以青岛市休闲农业为研究对象,分析青岛市休闲农业运行效率,为推动青岛市休闲农业发展提供建议。[方法]以青岛市15个休闲农业与乡村旅游示范点的调研数据为基础,构建了青岛市休闲农业效率评价指标体系,运用数据包络分析方法对青岛市休闲农业效率进行评价。[结果]青岛市休闲农业的综合效率相对较低,综合效率平均值为0577,仅达到最优水平的577%, 15个示范点中只有5个示范点的综合效率达到DEA有效。青岛市休闲农业的纯技术效率不高,纯技术效率平均值为0713,有8个示范点的纯技术效率未达到最优。青岛市休闲农业的规模效率一般,规模效率平均值为0774,规模报酬不变的示范点有6个,数量最多。在15个休闲农业示范点中,有8个示范点存在土地和劳动力投入冗余问题。[结论]青岛市休闲农业综合效率与纯技术效率较低; 规模效率一般,大部分示范点处于规模报酬不变阶段; 投入冗余问题突出。 |

Taking leisure agriculture in Qingdao as the research object, this study analyzed the operational efficiency of leisure agriculture in Qingdao city and provided suggestions for promoting the development of leisure agriculture in Qingdao city. Based on the survey data of 15 leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration sites in Qingdao city, it built the evaluation index system of leisure agriculture efficiency in Qingdao, and evaluated the efficiency of leisure agriculture by using data envelopment analysis method. The comprehensive efficiency of leisure agriculture in Qingdao is relatively low, the average comprehensive efficiency is 0.577, only reaching 57.7% of the optimal level. There is only 5 of the 15 demonstration sites which can meet with DEA value. The pure technical efficiency of leisure agriculture in Qingdao city is low, the average pure technical efficiency is 0.713, and 8 demonstration sites can not achieve the best pure technical efficiency. The scale efficiency of leisure agriculture in Qingdao is relatively low, with an average scale efficiency of 0.774, the number of demonstration sites with constant scale remuneration is the highest, with a total of 6 demonstration sites. Among the 15 leisure agriculture demonstration sites, there are 8 demonstration sites with redundant inputs. The leisure agriculture in Qingdao city is with low comprehensive efficiency and pure technology efficiency. The scale efficiency is not high, most of the demonstration sites are in the stage of constant scale remuneration. Redundant investment problem is very serious. |
