田园综合体与乡村发展关系研究*——以四川省成都市为例

摘要:

［目的］田园综合体是乡村发展的主要抓手之一，研究田园综合体系统与乡村发展系统的耦合协调关系，对准确评估成都市田园综合体发展现状，更好促进乡村发展具有重要借鉴意义。［方法］以四川省成都市为例构建了田园综合体与乡村发展之间耦合协调评价指标体系，运用耦合协调度模型对四川省成都市田园综合体创建以来（2012—2017年）其发展与乡村发展间的耦合协调关系进行研究。［结果］田园综合体与乡村发展两个系统间存在着耦合交互关系。2012—2017年田园综合体与乡村发展耦合协调度经历了极度失调、轻度失调、濒临失调、勉强协调和初级协调阶段； 2012—2013年处于失调阶段； 2013—2015年处于拮抗阶段； 2016—2017年为协调阶段。2017年成都市田园综合体与乡村发展发展水平均较高，但耦合协调等级较低。［结论］系统自身发展水平高，系统间耦合协调度不一定高。因此，唯有加强田园综合体和乡村发展间的协调关系，才能使田园综合体与乡村发展处于良性发展，最大限度发挥田园综合体对乡村发展促进作用。

Abstract:

The idyllic complex is one of the main hands on of rural revitalization. The study of the coupling and coordination relationship between the rural complex system and the rural revitalization system is of significance for accurately assessing the development status of Chengdu′s rural complex and better promoting rural revitalization. Taking Chengdu city, Sichuan province as an example, the coupling and evaluation index system between rural complex and rural revitalization was constructed. The coupling coordination degree model was used to study the coupling and coordination relationship between the Chengdu idyllic complex in Sichuan province from 2012 to 2017 and the rural revitalization. There is a coupling interaction between the rural complex and the rural revitalization system. From 2012 to 2017, the coupling degree of rural complex and rural revitalization experienced extreme imbalance, mild dissonance, endangered, reluctant coordination and primary coordination; the time from 2012 to 2013 was in the stage of imbalance; the time from 2013 to 2015 was in the antagonistic stage; the time from 2016 to 2017 was the coordination phase. In 2017, Chengdu′s rural complex and rural revitalization development was higher, but the coupling coordination level was lower. The level of development of the system itself is high, and the degree of coupling coordination between systems is not necessarily high. Therefore, only by strengthening the coordination relationship between the rural complex and the rural revitalization, can the rural complex and the rural revitalization be in a benign development, and maximize the role of the rural complex in promoting rural revitalization.
