基于六次产业的产业融合度分析*——以陕西省西乡县为例

摘要:

［目的］文章旨在深入探究六次产业理论内涵，分析六次产业发展现状对促进乡村振兴和产业发展的意义。［方法］利用文献分析法和指标分析法，梳理中国六次产业的发展过程，综述前人研究并探讨六次产业形成的驱动机制及其影响因素。并以陕西省西乡县农业产业为例，探讨六次产业发展现状及趋势，为六次产业理论提出产业提升模式建议。［结果］我国所提出的“一、二、三产业融合”理论与国外“六次产业”概念高度一致，但我国六次产业研究有待深入；六次产业驱动机制以市场需求为基础、产业提升为内因、国家政策起调控作用；通过对西乡县分析发现，该县区产业已高度融合，但同时还存在公共服务体系不健全、发展建设缓慢、缺乏市场竞争力等问题，其发展模式仍有待完善。［结论］六次产业的基本内涵是促进一、二、三产业融合，结合四、五产业综合发展。推动区域六次产业发展有利于拓宽农民增收渠道、促进乡村振兴。

Abstract:

This study aims to deeply explore the theoretical connotation of the six industries and analyzes its significance of current development situation to promote rural revitalization and industrial development. This study used the methods of literature and index analysis, sorted out the development process of China′s six industries, and summarized its driving mechanism and influencing factors. Taking the agricultural industry in Xixiang county, Shaanxi province as an example, it discussed the current development situation and the trend of the six industries, then put forward suggestions for the industrial upgrading model for the theory of the six industries. The theory of "the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries" put forward in China was highly consistent with the concept of "six industries" in foreign countries, but needed to be deepened. The six industrial driving mechanisms were based on market demand, driven by industrial upgrading, and regulated by national policies. Through the analysis of Xixiang county, it was found that the industry of the county had been highly integrated, but there were still some problems such as the imperfect public service system, the slow development and construction, the lack of market competitiveness and other problems, so the development model still needed to be improved. In summary, the basic connotation of the sixth industry is to promote the integration of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries and integrates the development of the fourth and fifth industries. Promoting the development of six industries in the region is conducive to broadening the channels for increasing farmers′ income and promoting rural vitalization.
