国外城市农业研究进展及展望

摘要:

［目的］随着城市食物安全与环境问题的逐步显现，全球城市农业发展得到了更广的空间与政策支持，大量研究不断涌现。梳理国外城市农业研究，提出未来的研究方向与重点，以期为国内相关研究与管理工作的开展提供参考与支持。［方法］文章利用文献分析法、比较与归纳分析法，通过搜集国外城市农业研究的相关文献，从概念演变、研究主题、研究方法等方面进行了系统总结。［结果］国外已有研究主要包括城市农业与社会经济、城市农业与生态环境、城市农业发展评价与模式、城市农业发展环境4个主题，研究方法主要用到了社会调查、统计分析、地理信息技术、生命周期评估、试验分析等。［结论］国外城市农业研究研究视角不断延伸，内容更加综合，尺度不断细化，方法向多学科融合发展。我国应加强与国际研究接轨，满足未来可持续性城市与现代农业不断融合发展的需求。

Abstract:

As urban food security and environmental issues become increasingly prominent, urban agriculture has been received more development space and policy support in the world, and a large number of research have emerged. In order to provide reference and support for related research and management in China, the research directions and priorities in the future of urban agriculture abroad have been summarized and proposed in this study. Base on the collection of relevant literatures about urban agriculture abroad, this paper systematically consolidated the conceptual evolution, research topics and research methods using literature analysis, comparison and induction analysis. The existing researches abroad mainly included four topics: (1) Urban agriculture and social economy, contained food security, resident income, community development and women′s career development; (2) urban agriculture and environment, contained ecological environment, public health, urban rural pollution comprehensive control; (3) urban agricultural development evaluation and mode, contained influence factors, evaluation method, and sustainable development mode; (4) urban agricultural policy environment, contained policy support and urban planning. The research methods of urban agriculture are constantly enriched and perfected, mainly from the fields of agronomy, environmental science, statistics, geography, sociology, etc., including but not limited to the methods of social investigation, statistical analysis, geographic information technology, life cycle assessment and experimental analysis. Foreign researches are moving in a new direction: which perspective is constantly expanding, content is more comprehensive, scale is continuously refined, and method is developed into a multidisciplinary integration. Domestic research should strengthen the integration with international research to meet the needs of sustainable urban and modern agriculture development in the future
