湖北省新型城镇化与新农村建设耦合度研究

摘要:

［目的］通过对湖北省的新型城镇化与新农村建设的耦合协调度的计算，对两个系统的耦合发展阶段进行深入分析，为湖北省推进新型城镇化和新农村建设的工作提供一定的研究基础。［方法］根据湖北省新型城镇化与新农村建设的内容和要求，建立两个系统的评价体系，选取2010—2016年的相关数据，运用熵值法确定两个系统各评价指标的权重，计算新型城镇化和新农村建设的耦合协调度，并分析其耦合发展模式。［结果］湖北省新型城镇化综合发展水平逐年增加，新农村建设的综合发展水平在2015年达到最大值，随后开始下降，两者的耦合协调度开始处于中度失调衰退，从2011年开始处于濒临协调发展阶段并开始稳定。［结论］湖北省新型城镇化和新农村建设的耦合协调度增长势头明显，具有良好的协同作用，在后续调整过程中要注重交通运输能力、文化事业发展、农业固定资产投资和化肥施用量等方面。

Abstract:

Through the calculation and analysis of the coupling coordination degree between the new urbanization and the new rural construction in Hubei province, the coupling development stages of the two systems are thoroughly analyzed, which provides a certain research basis for the work of promoting the new urbanization and the new rural construction in Hubei province. Based on the content and requirements of the new urbanization and new rural construction in Hubei province, two systematic evaluation systems were established. Relevant data from 2010 to 2016 were selected and the weight of each evaluation index of the two systems was determined by using the entropy method. The coupling coordination degree of the new urbanization and new rural construction was calculated and the coupled development mode was analyzed. The comprehensive evaluation level of new urbanization in Hubei province had increased year by year. The comprehensive evaluation level of new rural construction reached its maximum in 2015, and finally began to decline. The degree of coupling and coordination between the two began to be in a moderate maladjustment decline, and began to be on the verge of coordinated development in 2011 and began to stabilize. The coupling and coordination degree of new urbanization and new rural construction in Hubei province has obvious growth momentum and good synergy. In the follow up adjustment process, attention should be paid to transportation capacity, cultural development, investment in agricultural fixed assets and fertilizer application.
