目的 促进农村产业融合发展是实施乡村振兴战略、加快推进农业农村现代化的重要举措。文章通过对各地农村产业融合水平进行测度、区域比较及空间分布特征分析,为地方政府有效推进农村产业融合提供决策依据。方法 从融合主体、融合基础、融合路径及融合效应四个方面,构建农村产业融合评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法对2017年中国30个省(市、自治区)的农村产业融合水平进行测度;依据ArcGIS自然断点法划分农村产业融合等级并进行区域比较;运用探索性空间数据分析法对农村产业融合及其子系统的空间分布特征进行分析。结果 (1)我国农村产业融合综合水平及其子系统水平均偏低,各地之间差异显著;(2)农村产业融合综合水平、融合基础及融合路径子系统分布趋势为“东高、西平、中低”,融合主体子系统分布趋势为“中高、西平、东低”;融合效应子系统分布趋势为“东高、中平、西低”;(3)农村产业融合综合水平及其子系统在空间上集聚特征明显,且以“低—低”集聚为主。结论 培育突出优势且各系统协调发展是提升农村产业融合水平的重要路径,各地应依托自身优势因地制宜规划农村产业融合提升方向。 |

To promote rural industrial integration development is an important measure to implement rural revitalization strategy and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization. Based on the measurement, regional comparison and spatial distribution characteristics analyses of rural industrial integration in different provinces, this paper provides decision-making basis for local governments to promote rural industrial integration effectively. This paper constructed an evaluation index system of rural industrial integration from four aspects of integration subject, integration basis, integration path and integration effect. And the rural industrial integration level of 30 provinces in China in 2017 was measured by the entropy weight TOPSIS.The level of rural industrial integration was divided based on ArcGIS natural breakpoint method and regional comparison was conducted. Then the spatial distribution characteristics of rural industrial integration's comprehensive level and its subsystems were analyzed by exploratory spatial data analysis method. The results showed that the comprehensive level and subsystem of rural industrial integration in China were relatively low, with significant differences among provinces. The distribution trends of rural industrial integration comprehensive level, integration basis and integration path subsystems were“high in the East, ordinary in the West, and low in the Middle”; the distribution trend of the integration subject subsystem was “high in the Middle, ordinary in the West, and low in the East”; the distribution trend of the integration effect subsystem was “high in the East, ordinary in the Middle, and low in the West”.The rural industrial integration's comprehensive level and its subsystems had obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics, and “low-![]() low” agglomeration was the main. Therefore, cultivating outstanding advantages and coordinated development of various systems is an important path to improve the level of rural industrial integration. Provinces should rely on their own advantages and plan the direction of rural industrial integration according to local conditions. |
