基于熵权TOPSIS模型的农业绿色发展水平评价与障碍因素分析以江西省为例

摘要:
目的 通过揭示特定区域的农业绿色发展水平及其影响因素,为提升江西省农业绿色发展水平提供理论依据。方法 文章以首批国家生态文明试验区的江西省为研究对象,从资源利用、环境影响、生态保育以及经济效益等4个维度,选取契合江西省农业发展的特色指标构建了农业绿色评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS组合模型以及障碍度模型对江西省农业绿色发展状况进行了实证分析。结果 2008—2017年江西省农业绿色发展水平总体呈现上升的趋势,优化程度属于中水平及以上;各一级指标整体上也表现出上升的趋势;对江西省农业绿色发展起阻碍作用的为资源利用、环境影响与经济效应,而生态保育起到较大的支撑作用。结论 推动江西省农业绿色发展要转变传统农业发展理念,加快农业绿色发展创新,建立农业生态环境综合治理机制,强化农业生态环境保护与修复,实现农业经济与生态协调发展。

EVALUATION OF AGRICULTURAL GREEN DEVELOPMENT LEVEL AND ANANLYSIS OF ITS OBSTACLE FACTORS BASED ON ENTROPY WEIGHT TOPSIS MODELA CASE STUDY OF JIANGXI PROVINCE

Abstract:
This research aims to reveal the specific regional agricultural green development level and its influencing factors, so as to provide theoretical basis for promoting the level of agricultural green development in Jiangxi province. Based on the first batch of national ecological civilization experimental zone of Jiangxi province as the research object, the characteristic indicators fitting the agricultural development of Jiangxi province was selected to build an agricultural green evaluation index system via the utilization of resources, environmental impact, ecological conservation, and economic benefit , and the entropy-weighted TOPSIS combination model and obstacle degree model were used to analyze the agricultural green development in Jiangxi province. The results indicated that the level of development of green agriculture and the whole index of each level in Jiangxi province presented the rising trend in 2008—2017, and the degree of optimization was medium level or above. Furthermore, resource utilization, environmental impact and economic effect were the obstacles to the green development of agriculture in Jiangxi province according to the result of obstacle degree, while ecological conservation played a more significant supporting role. Consequently, in order to promote the green development of agriculture in Jiangxi province, the traditional concept of agricultural development should be changed, and the innovation of green development of agriculture should be accelerated. What's more, the mechanism of comprehensive management of agricultural ecological environment should be established, and the protection and restoration of the agricultural ecological environment should be strengthened to realize the coordinated development of agricultural economy and ecology.
