中国耕地保护与粮食安全研究进展可视化分析

摘要:

目的 分析我国耕地保护与粮食安全的学科分布，不同机构、作者合作关系，寻找研究核心，挖掘研究热点，梳理研究历程，推动耕地保护和夯实粮食安全根基。方法 文章运用CiteSpace软件对CNKI数据库中EI、北大核心、CSSCI、CSCD来源期刊进行定量分析，绘制我国耕地保护与粮食安全研究机构合作、作者合作、关键词共现、关键词突现、关键词时区可视化图谱。结果 我国耕地保护与粮食安全是集自然、社会科学于一体的综合性研究。研究机构和作者间的合作呈“大分散，小团体”格局。研究围绕粮食安全、耕地保护展开，研究热点从早期对粮食种植、粮食产量向耕地质量提升和粮食主产区保护转变。研究历程分为“起步—拓展—成熟”阶段，从早期对耕地保护与粮食安全理论和现象的初探，到现在创新性、前瞻性成果服务社会民生和国家重大战略。结论 今后需加强不同学科、机构、人员合作；挖掘小尺度下耕地变化与粮食产生存在的联系与机理，利用大数据、遥感、数理模型对耕地面积和粮食生产时空演化精准分析。从理论方法、政策制度、科学技术等领域开展研究，提出更有具有战略性的耕地保护方案，满足人民粮食需求，夯实粮食安全根基。

Abstract:

This research aims to analyze the subject distribution of cultivated land protection and food security in China, the cooperation between different institutions and authors, so as to find the research core, dig out the research hotspots, sort out the research process, and promote the protection of cultivated land and consolidate the foundation of food security. CiteSpace was used to quantitatively analyze the source journals of EI, Peking University Core, CSSCI and CSCD in CNKI database, and the visualization maps of cooperation among research institutions, authors, keyword co-occurrence, keyword emergence and keyword time zone of cultivated land protection and food security in China were drawn. Cultivated land protection and food security in China was a comprehensive study integrating natural and social sciences. The cooperation between research institutions and authors showed "large dispersion, small group" pattern. The research focused on food security and cultivated land protection, and the research focus had shifted from the early focus on grain planting and grain yield to the improvement of cultivated land quality and the protection of main grain-producing areas. The research process was divided into "start-expansion-maturity" stage, from the early preliminary exploration on theories and phenomena of farmland protection and food security to the present innovative and forward-looking achievements serving the social livelihood and national major strategies. Therefore, in the future, cooperation between different disciplines, institutions and personnel should be strengthened, the relationship and mechanism between cultivated land change and grain production and existence was excavated at small scale, and big data, remote sensing and mathematical models were used to accurately analyze the spatio-temporal evolution of cultivated land area and grain production. Then, we will carry out research in the fields of theory, methods, policies and systems, science and technology, and propose more strategically valuable schemes for the protection of cultivated land, so as to meet people's food needs and lay a solid foundation for food security.
