目的 基于高质量发展视角的山西农业发展进行定量研究和评价,为该区域农业发展提供科学参考。方法 文章构建山西省农业高质量发展评价指标体系,选择熵权法确定权重,并运用综合评价法对2010—2020年山西省农业高质量发展水平进行测算,同时,对比粮食产销平衡区省域的农业高质量发展区域差异性和空间格局。结果 2010—2020年山西省农业高质量发展水平整体呈现增加趋势,按照变化趋势将其分为2010—2013年的稳定不变期、2013—2016年的快速发展期以及2016—2020年的缓慢增长期3个阶段。内部5个子系统变化幅度较大,变化趋势差异大,表现为此起彼伏的发展态势。2010—2020年我国粮食产销平衡区各省域农业高质量发展整体处于中等或较低水平,区域差异性呈现缩小趋势,其中山西省处于较低水平。结论 山西农业高质量发展总体水平较低,传统种植业和养殖业发展较慢,农业新业态发展不稳定,尚处于农业高质量发展的探索阶段,结合山西省整体发展水平和区位优势,有很大的上升空间,但农业转型仍需要时间去深化。 |

Quantitative research and evaluation of agricultural development in Shanxi based on the perspective of high-quality development can provide scientific reference for agricultural development in Shanxi. This research established an evaluation index system of high-quality agricultural development in Shanxi province, selected the entropy method to determine the weight, and adopted the comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the level of high-quality agricultural development in Shanxi province from 2010 to 2020. At the same time, it compared the regional differences and spatial patterns of high-quality agricultural development in the provinces with the grain production and marketing balance. The results were indicated as follows. From 2010 to 2020, the overall level of high-quality agricultural development in Shanxi province showed an increasing trend. According to the changing trend, it was divided into three stages: the stable period from 2010 to 2013, the rapid development period from 2013 to 2016, and the slow growth period from 2016 to 2020. The five internal subsystems had a large range of change and a large difference in change trend, showing the development trend of one after another. From 2010 to 2020, the high-quality development of provincial agriculture in the regions with balanced grain production and marketing in China was at a medium or low level as a whole, and the regional differences shrank. Among them, Shanxi province was at a low level. In summary, the overall level of high-quality agricultural development in Shanxi province is low, the development of traditional planting and breeding industry is slow, and the development of new agricultural formats is unstable and still in the exploration stage of high-quality agricultural development. Combining the overall development level and regional advantages of Shanxi province, there is great room for improvement, but the agricultural transformation still needs time to deepen. |
