目的 探究黄河流域农业产业集聚对农业生态效率的影响,推进黄河流域生态保护和农业现代化协同发展。方法 文章运用非期望Super-SBM模型和区位熵指数对黄河流域农业生态效率和农业产业集聚度分别进行测度,分析其时空演变规律,在此基础上利用面板Tobit模型探究二者之间的影响关系,并进行区域异质性分析。结果 (1)2005—2019年黄河流域农业产业集聚水平整体较高,但农业生态效率水平整体处于中低水平,未达到有效水平,呈“东高西低”“南高北低”的空间分异格局;(2)研究期黄河流域农业产业集聚与农业生态效率之间呈倒“U”型曲线关系,拐点为1.432,目前以促进作用为主;(3)农业产业集聚对农业生态效率的影响具有区域异质性,黄河流域中上游二者之间呈倒“U”型曲线关系,下游地区二者之间非线性关系不明显。结论 应优化配置农业集聚要素,提升农业产业集聚质量;加强产业间区域化合作与交流,推动农业产业生态化发展;合理配置财政支农资金,加大绿色农业科技投入。 |

This research aims to explore the impact of agricultural industrial agglomeration on agricultural ecological efficiency in the Yellow River Basin, so as to promote the coordinated development of ecological protection and agricultural modernization in the Yellow River Basin. This study used non-expected Super-SBM models and location entropy indexes to measure agricultural ecological efficiency and agricultural industry agglomeration in the Yellow River Basin respectively to analyze its time and space evolution. On this basis, it used the panel Tobit model to explore the impact relationship between them, and analyze the regional heterogeneity. The results were indicated as follow. (1) From 2005 to 2019, the level of agricultural industry agglomeration in the Yellow River Basin was relatively high as a whole, but the level of agricultural ecological efficiency was at a low level as a whole, not reaching the effective level, showing a spatial differentiation pattern of "high in the East, low in the West" and "high in the South and low in the North"; (2) During the study period, the relationship between agricultural industrial agglomeration and agricultural ecological efficiency in the Yellow River Basin showed an inverse "U" curve, with an inflection point of 1.432, which was mainly promoting at present; (3) The impact of agricultural industrial agglomeration on agricultural ecological efficiency had regional heterogeneity. The relationship between the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin was an inverted "U" curve, and the nonlinear relationship between the two in the lower reaches was not obvious. Therefore, agricultural agglomeration factors should be optimized to improve the quality of agricultural industry agglomeration, strengthen regional cooperation and exchange among industries to promote the ecological development of agricultural industry and reasonably allocate financial funds to support agriculture and increase investment in green agriculture science and technology. |
