| 目的 从海南自由贸易港建设的视角出发对海南农业现代化发展水平进行评价分析，并以此提出提升策略，为海南省农业现代化发展提供科学依据。方法 文章基于我国农业现代化发展内涵，构建自贸港建设背景下的海南农业现代化发展水平评价指标体系，利用熵值法计算指标体系权重和得分，反映海南省农业现代化的发展趋势，再利用优化TOPSIS法更加准确的计算出海南省农业现代化发展水平。结果 由“十二五”至“十三五”末期，海南省农业现代化发展水平呈稳步上升趋势，经历了准备—起步—初步实现3个阶段。海南省各市县农业现代化发展具有区域差异性，农业现代化发展水平呈现出“东西高、中部低”的特点，海南省各市县农业现代化发展水平制约因素也存在区域差异性。结论 海南省现代农业发展建议：利用自贸港政策加快推进海南农业现代化发展，积极发展外向型农业，加快推进高标准农田建设，构建和完善农业标准化体系，发展农业适度规模经营。 |

| From the perspective of free trade port construction, this paper evaluates and analyzes the development level of agricultural modernization in Hainan province, and puts forward the promotion strategies to provide scientific basis for the development of agricultural modernization in Hainan province. Based on the connotation of China's agricultural modernization development, an evaluation index system of Hainan's agricultural modernization development level under the background of free trade port construction was constructed. The weight and score of the index system was calculated by the entropy method, reflecting the development trend of agricultural modernization, then the optimization TOPSIS method was used to calculate the development level of agricultural modernization in Hainan province more accurately. The results were listed as follows. From the 12th Five-Year Plan period to the end of the 13th Five-year Plan period, the development level of agricultural modernization in Hainan province showed a steady upward trend and experienced three stages: preparation, starting and preliminary realization. There were regional differences in the development of agricultural modernization among cities and counties in Hainan province. The development level of agricultural modernization was characterized by " high in the eastern and western parts and low in the central part". There were also regional differences in the restraining factors of agricultural modernization development among cities and counties in Hainan province. Therefore，suggestions for the development of modern agriculture in Hainan province are proposed as follows. It should make use of the free trade port policy to accelerate the modernization of agriculture in Hainan, actively develop export-oriented agriculture, accelerate the construction of high-standard farmland, build and improve agricultural standardization system, and develop agricultural operation of appropriate scale |
