目的 文章基于农户施药的视角,探讨新兴金融业态——数字金融能否实现农业绿色发展,并分析两者之间的影响机制。方法 以中国土地经济调查(CLES)数据为样本,利用IV-Probit模型,在检验数字金融信息效应的基础上,分析数字金融对农户绿色施药的作用效果及机制,并通过分样本回归的方法进行异质性分析。结果 (1)数字金融发展促进农户采用高效低毒低残留农药。(2)机制检验发现,数字金融发展对农户发挥显著的信息效应,提升了农户信息可得性,进而促进农户绿色施药。(3)数字金融发展对农户采用高效低毒低残留农药的促进作用在接受过农业技能培训、金融素养高的群体中更明显,在环境规制强的地区,数字金融对当地农户采用高效低毒低残留农药的促进作用也更强。结论 未来应进一步推动数字金融发展,同时提高农户农业生产技能水平与金融素养,地方政府应强化环境规制,充分发挥自身对农业绿色生产的外部约束作用。 |

Based on the perspective of farmers' pesticide application, this paper discusses whether digital finance, a new financial form, can realize the green development of agriculture, and analyzes the influence mechanism between the two. Based on the data of the Land Economic Survey (CLES) in China and the IV-Probit model, this paper analyzed the effect and mechanism of digital finance on farmers' green pesticide application based on the information effect of digital finance. At the same time, it carried out the heterogeneity analysis by the subsampling method. This paper found that: (1) The development of digital finance promoted farmers to adopt pesticides with high efficiency, low toxicity, and low residue. (2) The mechanism test showed that the development of digital finance played a significant information effect on farmers, improved the availability of information for farmers, and further promoted the application of green pesticides. (3) The promotion effect of digital finance development on farmers' adoption of high efficiency, low toxicity, and low residue pesticides was more evident in the group that had received agricultural skills training and high financial literacy. In the areas with strong environmental regulations, the promotion effect of digital finance on adopting high efficiency, low toxicity, and low residue pesticides by local farmers is also more substantial. Based on this, the development of digital finance should be further promoted in the future, and farmers' agricultural production skills and financial literacy should be improved. Local governments should strengthen environmental regulations as external constraints on green agricultural production. |
