目的 探索加快我国现代农业与现代服务业融合发展的路径,促进我国现代农业与现代服务业融合发展。方法 文章基于2005—2020年省级面板数据,通过熵值法构建现代农业与现代服务业综合发展评价指标体系,建立耦合协调模型测算出31个省(市、区)现代农业与现代服务业融合发展水平,并借助Tobit模型对现代农业与现代服务业融合水平进行影响因素分析,最后运用Dagum基尼系数对二者融合水平进行区域差异分析。结果 (1)我国现代农业与现代服务业融合水平呈现缓慢上升的趋势,但还处于失调阶段,呈现出东部地区>中部地区>西部地区的空间分布格局。(2)城镇化水平、公路区域密度、技术创新水平、财政支农力度、人力资本水平以及农业生产性服务业发展水平均能促进两者的融合,公路区域密度对融合水平促进作用最大。(3)从基尼系数绝对值看,31个省(市、区)融合水平总体差异不大,差异主要来源于区域内,东部地区与西部地区间的差异最大。结论 各地应加强政策支持充分发挥政府引导作用、提升科技创新和应用力度、培育高素质人才和优化资源配置缩小区域差异,以此促进我国现代农业与现代服务业融合发展。 |

To explore ways to accelerate the integrated development of China's modern agriculture and modern service industry, and promote the integrated development of China's modern agriculture and modern service industry. Based on the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2020, an index system of the comprehensive development of modern agriculture and modern service industry was constructed by the entropy value method, and the coupling coordination model was established to measure the integrated development level of modern agriculture and modern service industry in 31 provinces (cities) and regions in China, and the influencing factors of the integration level of modern agriculture and modern service industry were analyzed with the help of Tobit model, and finally the regional difference analysis of the integration level of the two was carried out by using Dagum's Gini coefficient. The results were showed as follows. The integration level of modern agriculture and modern service industry in China showed a slow upward trend, but it was still in the stage of imbalance, showing the spatial distribution pattern of the eastern region> the central region > the western region. The level of urbanization, highway regional density, technological innovation level, financial support for agriculture, human capital level and agricultural production service industry development level could all promote the integration of the two, and highway regional density had the greatest effect on the integration level. From the absolute value of the Gini coefficient, the overall difference in the integration level of the 31 provinces (cities) and regions was not large, and the difference mainly came from the region, and the difference between the eastern region and the western region was the largest. Therefore, all localities should strengthen policy support, give full play to the guiding role of the government, enhance scientific and technological innovation and application, cultivate high-quality talents and optimize resource allocation, narrow regional differences, so as to promote the integrated development of modern agriculture and modern service industries in China. |
