目的 家庭农场作为新型农业经营主体的核心,探究以“淘宝村”为典型模式的农村电子商务集聚对家庭农场的影响,对于发展新型农村集体经济具有重要意义。方法 文章基于2015—2020年中国长三角地区城市面板数据,使用固定效应模型、空间计量模型和中介效应模型等方法,结合集聚外部性理论实证研究了淘宝村集聚对家庭农场的影响及作用路径。结果 淘宝村集聚对家庭农场的发展有显著的促进作用并且存在正向空间溢出效应,且该效应在不同城市规模和人力资本水平的地区存在明显的差异性。进一步通过机制检验发现,淘宝村集聚通过知识溢出、设施共享和劳动力匹配效应来助力家庭农场的发展。结论 培养家庭农场主电商经营能力,推进农业数字化转型,提升农村电子商务的配套服务水平,加快实现家庭农场与农村电子商务的深度融合发展。 |

RESEARCH ON THE TAOBAO VILLAGE AGGLOMERATION PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF FAMILY FARMS——TAKING THE YANGTZE RIVER DELTA AS AN EXAMPLE |

Family farms as the core of new agricultural management subjects, to explore the impact of rural e-commerce agglomeration on family farms with "Taobao village" as a typical model is of great significance for the development of new rural collective economy. Based on urban panel data in the Yangtze River Delta region of China from 2015 to 2020, this paper empirically investigated the impact of Taobao village agglomeration on family farms and its path of action by using the fixed effect model, spatial Durbin model, and mediating effect model and with agglomeration externality theory. The results showed that the effect of Taobao village agglomeration on the development of family farms was significant, and showing a positive spatial spillover effect. The outcome differed significantly across regions with different city sizes and human capital levels. Further, the mechanism test revealed that Taobao village agglomeration contributed to the development of family farms through knowledge spillover, facility sharing, and labor-matching effects. Therefore, it should cultivate family farm owners' e-commerce operation ability, promote the digital transformation of agriculture, improve the level of supporting services of rural e-commerce, and accelerate the development of deep integration of family farms and rural e-commerce. |
