目的 数字化为农业发展赋予了新动能。探究农村数字化对农业绿色高质量发展的效应及影响机制,对推动农业绿色发展、高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。方法 文章基于2011—2021年中国30个省(市、区,不含港澳台和西藏)的面板数据,运用熵值法测算农村数字化与农业绿色高质量发展水平,综合运用固定效应模型、中介效应模型和门槛效应模型等方法进行实证分析。结果 (1)农村数字化显著促进农业绿色高质量发展,西部地区促进作用最强,东部其次,中部最后;(2)以创新能力为传导路径,中介效应模型的结果证实创新能力是农村数字化激发农业绿色高质量发展的内在机制;(3)将创新能力与人力资本设定为门槛变量,门槛效应结果显示,农村数字化与农业绿色高质量发展呈现出“边际效应”递增的非线性趋势;(4)另外,空间溢出效应发现,农业绿色高质量发展呈空间集聚特征。结论 (1)加大数字技术投入力度,利用数字化技术优化农业资源配置;(2)重视农业创新,推动农村数字化与农村创新能力融合发展;(3)加大人才培养力度,制定合理的人才培养政策;(4)采取差异化、动态化的农村数字化发展战略,加速区域间农业协同发展。 |

ANALYSIS ON THE IMPACT OF RURAL DIGITIZATION ON PROMOTING GREEN AND HIGH-QUALITY AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT |

Digitalization has given new momentum to agricultural development. The research on the effect and mechanism of rural digitization on green and high-quality agricultural development has great practical significance to promote the green and high-quality development of agriculture. Based on China's provincial panel data from 2011 to 2021, this research used the entropy method to estimate the green and high-quality agricultural development rural digitization, and comprehensively used fixed effect, mediating effect and threshold effect models to make an empirical analysis. The results showed that rural digitization significantly promoted the green and high-quality agricultural development, and the west region had the strongest effect, followed by the east and central regions. The mechanism analysis showed that the rural digitization could indirectly promote the green and high-quality agricultural development by promoting innovation ability. And the threshold effect results showed that there was a nonlinear tendency of “marginal effect” between rural digitization and green and high-quality agricultural development by setting innovation ability and human capital as threshold variables. In addition, the spatial spillover effect found that the green and high-quality agricultural development was characterized by spatial agglomeration. Therefore, the government should increase investment in digital technology to optimize the allocation of agricultural resources. Agricultural innovation should be focused on to promote the integrated development of rural digitalization and innovation capacity. Moreover, policy practitioners could formulate reasonable policies and develop rural digital personnel training. At the same time, it is important to adopt a differentiated and dynamic rural digital strategy to accelerate the coordinated development of agriculture between regions. |
