数字经济、产业结构升级与农业高质量发展——基于福建省面板数据的实证分析

摘要:

目的 通过探究福建省数字经济、产业结构升级与农业高质量发展之间的关系，为福建省乃至全国农业高质量发展提供有益启示。方法 文章基于2011—2020年福建省面板数据，采用熵值法对福建省9地市农业高质量发展与数字经济发展水平进行测算，并运用随机效应模型、bootstrap中介效应检验和分位数回归进行实证研究。结果 （1）数字经济在促进产业结构升级和推动农业高质量发展方面发挥着显著作用，同时产业结构升级也呈现出对农业高质量发展的显著正向影响；（2）数字经济对农业高质量发展的促进作用中，产业结构升级发挥了重要的中介作用，数字经济通过促进产业结构升级间接影响农业高质量发展；（3）数字经济、产业结构升级与农业高质量发展之间呈现显著的非线性影响趋势。随着农业高质量发展水平的提升，数字经济对其促进作用逐渐减弱；同时，在农业高质量发展达到较高水平时，产业结构升级对农业高质量发展的促进作用将有所减弱。结论 秉持高质量发展理念，积极推进数字经济蓬勃发展，为农业高质量发展注入强劲动力。同时，要深化产业结构变革，充分发掘其中介作用，促进产业数字化融合，优化农业产业链效益，引领农业迈向高质量发展。

Abstract:

By exploring the relationships among the digital economy in Fujian province, the upgrading of industrial structure, and the high-quality development of agriculture, this study aims to provide valuable insights for the high-quality development of agriculture in Fujian province and even the whole China. Based on the panel data from 9 cities in Fujian province from 2011 to 2020, this research employed the entropy method to assess the high-quality development of agriculture and the development level of digital economy in Fujian province. It also conducted an empirical research by using random-effects models, bootstrap mediation analysis and quantile regression. The results were listed as follows. (1) The digital economy greatly promoted the upgrading of industrial structure and high-quality development of agriculture. And the upgrading of industrial structure also markedly facilitated high-quality development of agriculture. (2) In the promotion of high-quality agricultural development by the digital economy, the industrial structure upgrading played a key mediator, the digital economy indirectly affected the high-quality development of agriculture by promoting the industrial structure upgrading. (3) The relationships among the digital economy, the upgrading of industrial structure, and the high-quality development of agriculture presented a significant non-linear influence trend. The promoting effect of the digital economy on the high-quality agricultural development gradually diminished as the level of agricultural quality improvement increased. Meanwhile, the promoting effect of the industrial structure upgrading on the high-quality agricultural development weakened when high levels of agricultural quality had been achieved. Therefore, it should embrace the concept of high-quality development, accelerate the vigorous development of the digital economy, and provide robust momentum for high-quality agricultural development. Moreover, deepening industrial structural reform to fully exploit its mediating role is essential. Additionally, advancing integration of industrial digitization and optimization of the efficiency of agricultural industry chain will steer agriculture towards high-quality development.
