边疆民族地区乡村振兴与生态环境系统协调发展时空演化研究

摘要:
目的 厘清乡村振兴与生态环境之间的耦合协调关系演化规律,以期为特色地区高质量发展提供科学参考。方法 文章以边疆民族地区广西壮族自治区为例,基于乡村振兴—生态环境系统耦合协调研究框架,通过构建乡村振兴发展水平综合评价指标体系和遥感生态指数模型(RSEI),分别测算2003—2021年广西壮族自治区及其14个地级市乡村振兴发展水平和生态环境质量,并运用耦合协调度模型分析广西壮族自治区乡村振兴—生态环境系统耦合协调发展的时空演化规律。结果 (1)2003—2021年广西壮族自治区乡村振兴指数从0.222增长到0.730,总体呈现波动中上升的趋势,整体水平不高;各地级市乡村振兴水平稳步增长,但差异较大,呈现出“两核表现突出、其余显著落后”的空间格局。(2)2003—2021年广西壮族自治区生态环境指数(RSEI)均值为0.686,生态环境质量为良好水平,总体略有缓慢上升的趋势;各地级市多年平均RSEI差别不大,中北部地区生态环境质量改善较明显。(3)2003—2021年广西壮族自治区乡村振兴—生态环境系统耦合协调度较低,整体表现为缓慢上升态势,耦合协调度从0.529上升到0.657,耦合协调类型由弱度协调变为低度协调。结论 未来应深化对乡村振兴—生态环境系统耦合协调发展的内在机理研究,实现以生态环境促乡村振兴,以乡村振兴强生态环境。

STUDY ON THE SPATIAL-TEMPORAL EVOLUTION OF COUPLING COORDINATED DEGREE OF RURAL REVITALIZATION AND ECO-ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM IN BORDER ETHNIC AREAS

Abstract:
To clarify the evolution pattern of the coupling and coordination relationship between rural revitalization and ecological environment, so as to provide scientific reference for the high-quality development of characteristic areas. Based on the research framework of coupling and coordination of rural revitalization-eco-environmental system, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in frontier minority area was taken as an example, and a comprehensive evaluation index system for rural revitalization and development level and a remote sensing ecological index ( RSEI ) was constructed to measure the rural revitalization development level and ecological environment quality of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and its 14 prefecture-level cities from 2003 to 2021, then the coupling coordination degree model was used to analyze the spatial-temporal evolution mechanism of the coupling and coordinated development of rural revitalization-eco-environmental system in this region. As a result, there were three conclusions were listed as follows. Firstly, from 2003 to 2021, the rural revitalization index of Guangxi Autonomous Region increased from 0.222 to 0.730, showing an upward trend in fluctuation, and the overall level was not high. The level of rural revitalization in each prefecture-level city had increased steadily, but the difference was large, showing a spatial pattern of "the rural revitalization and development level of the two major central cities was significant, and the development level of the remaining cities was low". Secondly, from 2003 to 2021, the average value of the ecological environment index of Guangxi Autonomous Region was 0.686, and the ecological environment quality was at a good level. The overall trend was slightly rising, and the average RSEI of each prefecture-level city had little difference. The ecological environment quality of the central and northern regions had obviously improved. Finally, from 2003 to 2021, the coupling coordination degree of rural revitalization-eco-environmental system in Guangxi Autonomous Region was low, and the overall performance presented a slow upward trend. The coupling coordination degree increased from 0.529 to 0.657, and the coupling coordination type changed from weak coordination to low coordination. Therefore, in the future, it is expected to deepen the research on the internal mechanism of the coupling and coordinated development of rural revitalization-eco-environmental system, so as to promote rural revitalization with ecological environment and strengthen ecological environment with rural revitalization.
