目的 在乡村振兴和双碳战略背景下,探讨农村基础设施发展对农业绿色全要素生产率的综合影响及理论机制。方法 文章基于我国省域面板数据,构建动态空间杜宾模型分析农村基础设施对农业绿色全要素生产率的影响。结果 (1)我国省域农业绿色全要素生产率存在明显的空间自相关;(2)农村基础设施不仅能够促进当地农业绿色全要素生产率的提高,还能通过空间溢出效应增加周边地区农业绿色全要素生产率水平;(3)从区域异质性角度进行分析,发现农村基础设施对中西部地区的作用显著,而对东部地区的作用不显著;(4)城市化、城乡收入差距和政府干预对农业绿色全要素生产率产生显著的正向作用,农业结构调整和受灾水平对农业绿色全要素生产率产生显著的负向作用。结论 应加大农业领域补短板力度,完善农村基础设施建设布局,不断调整农业种植结构,促进收入分配公平,优化政府的服务型职能,推动农业高质量发展。 |

Under the background of rural revitalization and double carbon strategy, this paper discusses the comprehensive impact of rural infrastructure on agricultural green total factor productivity and its theoretical mechanism. Based on China's provincial Panel data, this paper constructed a spatial Durbin model to analyze the impact of rural infrastructure on agricultural green total factor productivity. The results were listed as follows. (1) The agricultural green total factor productivity had an obvious spatial autocorrelation. (2) Rural infrastructure had a significant spatial spillover effect, which affected the agricultural green productivity of the local and surrounding areas. (3) When studying different regions , it was found that rural infrastructure had a significant impact on the central and western regions, while its impact on the eastern regions was not significant. (4) Urbanization, urban-rural income gap and government intervention had a significant positive effect on agricultural productivity, while agricultural structural adjustment and disaster level had a significant negative effect. Therefore, we should increase efforts to address shortcomings in the agricultural sector, improve the layout of rural infrastructure construction, continuously adjust the agricultural planting structure, promote fair distribution of income, optimize the service-oriented functions of the government, and promote high-quality development of agricultural. |
