摘要:

目的 对21世纪以来我国畜禽粪污资源化利用的研究进展及未来研究趋势进行直观展现，有助于研究者对该领域形成较为全面的了解，并为其进一步研究提供参考。方法 文章基于2001—2022年收录于中国知网的788篇畜禽粪污资源化利用研究文献，利用CiteSpace软件进行知识图谱与文献计量分析。结果 （1）该领域发文量受政策影响较大且时间阶段特征突出，可分为研究探索和研究深入两阶段；（2）研究学者和机构数量较多，但均未形成高度密切的合作关系；（3）核心议题主要包括各地区畜禽粪污处理及资源化利用现状分析、畜禽粪污资源化利用技术模式探讨及潜力评估、畜禽粪污土地承载力估算及环境风险评价；（4）新兴研究趋势主要包括注重畜禽粪污全利用与零排放技术细致化、关注畜禽粪污资源化利用市场化、聚焦种养一体化。结论 我国畜禽粪污资源化利用领域已进入研究深入阶段，目前成果主要集中在资源化利用的技术模式及其环境影响方向，跨学科、多机构交叉合作形成的综合绩效与政策创新等相关研究有待强化，同时应加大对中小养殖场（户）及参与主体间利益联结机制的研究力度。

Abstract:

A visual presentation of the research progress and future research trends in the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in China since the 21st century can help researchers gain a comprehensive understanding of this field and provide a reference for further research. The article was based on 788 research papers on the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, sourced from CNKI from 2001 to 2022. The knowledge graph and bibliometric analysis were conducted using CiteSpace software. And the results were outlined as follows. (1) The number of publications in this field was greatly influenced by policies and displays distinct temporal characteristics, which can be divided into two stages: research exploration and in-depth research. (2) There were a large number of research scholars and institutions, but none of them had formed a highly close cooperative relationship. (3) The core issues mainly included analysis of the current situation of livestock and poultry manure treatment and resource utilization in various regions, exploration and potential assessment of technology models for livestock and poultry manure resource utilization, and assessment of land carrying capacity and environmental risks of livestock and poultry manure. (4) Emerging research trends mainly included a focus on the full utilization of livestock and poultry manure and the refinement of zero emission technologies, a focus on the marketization of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure, and a focus on the integration of planting and breeding. In summary, the field of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in China has entered a stage of in-depth research. Currently, the achievements mainly emphasize technical models and environmental impact directions of resource utilization. The comprehensive performance and policy innovation formed by interdisciplinary and multi institutional cooperation need to be strengthened. At the same time, research efforts should be increased on the mechanism of interest linkage between small and medium-sized breeding farms (households) and participating entities.
