目的 推进高质量发展是实现现代化农业强国的必由之路。从多尺度空间视角出发,通过对不同空间尺度单元农业经济高质量发展水平的对比研究,揭示农业经济高质量发展的时序和空间演变特征。方法 文章利用2010—2020年236个地级市的相关数据,运用熵权TOPSIS法对农业经济高质量发展水平进行测算,探讨不同空间尺度农业经济高质量发展综合指数和5个分维度指数的空间分布格局,进而借助莫兰指数,对省级和地级市两个空间尺度的农业经济高质量发展空间关联性进行系统剖析。结果 全国及四大地区农业经济高质量发展水平自2010年以来“稳步上升”,省级尺度与地级市尺度整体上升趋势也较为明显,呈现出“东高西低”的总体分布格局;省级尺度农业经济高质量发展的空间集聚效应不断增强,地级市尺度则逐渐减弱,但后者的空间集聚特征明显强于前者;农业经济高质量发展在省级尺度和地级市尺度均存在显著的空间正向相关性,省级尺度主要表现为显著的H—H型和L—L型集聚,地级市尺度则是L—L型集聚占据主导。结论 基于分析得出了因地制宜地制定差异化政策、注重不同空间尺度的联动发展、强化地区辐射带动能力来促进农业经济高质量空间均衡发展的政策启示。 |

TEMPORAL AND SPATIAL EVOLUTION AND SPATIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF HIGH QUALITY DEVELOPMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMY IN CHINA FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF MULTI-SCALE |

Promoting high-quality development is the only way to achieve a modern agricultural power. Through the comparative study of the high quality development level of agricultural economy in different spatial scale units, this research aims to explore the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of high quality development of agricultural economy from the perspective of multi-scale space. Based on 236 prefecture-level cities data from 2010 to 2020, we calculated the high quality development level of agricultural economy by the entropy weight TOPSIS method, and discussed the spatial distribution pattern of high quality development index and five sub-dimensional indexes of agricultural economy in different spatial scales, and then analyzed the spatial correlation of high-quality development of agricultural economy on the provincial and prefectural cities systematically by using Moran index. The results showed that the development level of high-quality agricultural economy in China and the four regions had showed a steady upward trend since 2010, and the overall upward trend was obvious at provincial scale and prefecture-level city scale, showing a distribution pattern of "high in the east and low in the west". The spatial agglomeration effect of high-quality development of the agricultural economy at provincial scale was gradually enhanced, while the prefecture-level city scale was gradually weakened, but the spatial agglomeration characteristics of the latter were stronger than the former obviously. The results of global autocorrelation analysis showed that there was a significant positive spatial correlation in both provincial and prefectural scales, with H—H and L—L agglomeration dominating in provincial scale and L—L agglomeration dominating in prefectural scale. Based on the analysis, we draw the policy enlightenment of making differentiated policies according to local conditions, paying attention to the linkage development of different spatial scales, and strengthening the regional radiation driving ability to promote the high-quality spatial balanced development of agricultural economy. |
