高原特色农业绿色发展时空演化及耦合协调研究——以云南省为例

摘要:
目的 刻画云南省农业绿色发展的时空演化特征,深入分析各子系统间的耦合协调关系,分区优化云南省高原特色农业的发展策略,研究可为提升云南省农业绿色发展水平提供量化依据与参考。方法 文章以云南省为研究区,以市级单位为研究单元,基于2011—2020年云南省数据,运用critic法-熵权组合法赋权建立以资源利用、农业环境、农村生活和绿色产品为目标层的云南省高原特色农业绿色发展水平的综合评价体系,通过自然断点法将云南省分为高中低值区,对云南省各区域高原特色农业绿色发展提出差别化农业绿色发展优化策略。结果 (1)2011—2020年云南省各州市农业绿色发展综合指数均向更高水平发展;中部和东部地区发展情况较好,西北和南部地区发展情况较差。(2)云南省农业绿色发展子系统耦合程度由磨合阶段增至高水平耦合阶段,平均耦合协调程度从濒临失调向中级协调演变,总体上正逐渐从低耦合—低协调的农业发展模式向高耦合—高协调的农业发展模式过渡。(3)云南省农业绿色发展水平整体呈上升趋势,应协调各子系统关系,促进全面发展;高值区始终保持最高水平,可积极扩大发展优势;中值区与全省平均水平较为接近,可创新发展方式,克服制约农业绿色发展的障碍因素;低值区具有较大提升空间,应致力补齐发展短板。结论 未来应进一步完善农业绿色发展体系,优化高原特色农业产业体系,促进云南省高原特色农业绿色发展。

STUDY ON SPATIOTEMPORAL EVOLUTION AND COUPLING COORDINATION OF PLATEAU CHARACTERISTIC AGRICULTURAL GREEN DEVELOPMENT——A CASE STUDY OF YUNNAN PROVINCE

Abstract:
This study aims to provide a quantitative basis and reference for improving the level of agricultural green development in Yunnan province by describing the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of agricultural green development in Yunnan province, deeply analyzing the coupling and coordination relations among subsystems, and optimizing the development strategy of plateau characteristic agriculture in Yunnan Province in different regions. With Yunnan province as the research area and municipal units as the research unit, and based on the data of Yunnan province from 2011 to 2020, this research applied critic method and entropy weight group method to empower the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system of the plateau characteristic agricultural green development level in Yunnan province, which took resource utilization, agricultural environment, rural life and green products as the target layer. According to the natural breakpoint method, Yunnan province was divided into high and low value regions, and the differentiated agricultural green development optimization strategy was put forward for the plateau characteristic agricultural green development in each region of Yunnan province. The results showed that: (1) From 2011 to 2020, the comprehensive index of agricultural green development in each city of Yunnan province had developed to a higher level; The development of the central and eastern regions was better, and the development of the northwestern and southern regions was worse. (2) The coupling degree of the subsystem of agricultural green development in Yunnan province had increased from the running-in stage to the high-level coupling stage, and the average coupling and coordination degree had evolved from near imbalance to intermediate coordination. In general, it was gradually transitioning from the low-coupling and low-coordination agricultural development model to the high-coupling and high-coordination agricultural development model. (3) The level of agricultural green development in Yunnan province was on the rise as a whole, so it was necessary to coordinate the relationship among subsystems and promote the overall development. The high value area maintained the highest level, which could actively expand the development advantage; The median area was close to the average level of the whole province, which could innovate the development mode and overcome the obstacles that restrict the green development of agriculture. Low-value areas had a large room for improvement, and efforts should be made to make up for the short board of development. Therefore, in the future, we should further improve the agricultural green development system, optimize the plateau characteristic agricultural industry system, and promote the green development of plateau characteristic agriculture in Yunnan province.
