劳动力转移与农业生产：演进轨迹与未来展望——基于河南省M村案例的探索与实践

摘要:

目的 劳动力转移对农业生产的影响一直是发展经济学研究的热点问题。分析不同历史阶段劳动力转移对农业生产的影响，探究其影响机理，为实施新一轮农业转移人口市民化行动提供参考借鉴。方法 文章运用嵌入式单案例研究方法，以河南省M村为调研对象，从微观层面总结分析不同历史阶段劳动力转移对农业生产的影响，并对未来M村农业发展趋势进行预测。结果 劳动力转移较少情况下，为获得更多农业收入，农户以经济作物为主，随着劳动力转移的增加和机械化程度的提高，农户逐渐流转土地，选择粮食作物。未来随着劳动力的转移，农户分化会进一步加剧，农业生产服务化和数字化成为未来农业发展方向。结论 从动态视角探讨劳动力转移对农业生产的影响，尝试从动态变迁中寻找共性规律，为进一步深化农村改革以及中国农业政策的制定提供理论参考。

Abstract:

The impact of labor transfer on agricultural production has always been a hot topic in development economics research. This research aims to summarize and analyze the impact of labor force transfer on agricultural production village at different historical stages, explore the mechanism of its impact, and so as to provide a reference for the implementation of the new round of action of the citizenship of the agricultural transfer population. Using M village in Henan province as the research object, this study applied the embedded single-case study method to analyze the impact of labor force transfer on agricultural production at different historical stages from a micro perspective. The results were listed as follows. In the case of less labor transfer, in order to obtain more agricultural income, farmers mainly focused on cash crops, and with the increase of labor transfer and the improvement of mechanization, farmers gradually transferred land and chose food crops. In the future, with the transfer of labor, the differentiation of farm households would be further intensified, and the service and digitalization of agricultural production would become the future direction of agricultural development. In summary, this study explores the impact of labor force transfer on agricultural production from a dynamic perspective, tries to find common patterns from dynamic changes, and provides a theoretical reference for further deepening the rural reform as well as the formulation of China's agricultural policies.
