目的 数字乡村建设能够改变农业生产和经营模式,提升农业效率和发展质量,促进传统农业转型升级。通过分析江西省数字乡村建设对农业高质量发展的影响,为该省数字乡村建设和农业健康发展提供借鉴。方法 文章选择2012—2022年江西省11个地级市的面板数据,通过构建指标体系对数字乡村建设和农业高质量发展水平进行测算,然后采用固定效应模型进行回归分析,并结合收敛性、内生性和稳健性检验,综合分析数字乡村建设对农业高质量发展的影响。结果 (1)数字乡村建设的估计系数分别为0.334和0.287,并且均在0.01阈值水平显著为正,江西省数字乡村建设发展能够显著促进农业高质量发展,内生性检验和稳健性检验结果均验证了此结论可靠性;(2)农业高质量发展具有明显的地区收敛性,发达地区水平提升速度明显弱于落后地区,区域之间整体呈均衡发展态势;(3)数字乡村建设赋能农业发展效果随着经济发展水平具有强正相关性,具体表现在数字乡村建设在经济发达区域对农业高质量发展的促进作用最强,对中等区域作用较弱,对落后区域作用则不明显;(4)数字乡村建设对农业高质量发展存在自身门槛效应和经济门槛效应。结论 江西省应该把握数字乡村建设发展的时代机遇,积极完善乡村数字基础设施建设。充分发挥赣北地区的联动带动作用,重点提高落后和偏远地区数字乡村建设发展水平,不断推动数字乡村建设与农业产业的深度融合。要不断创新和优化农业产业转型升级路径,充分发挥地方农业特色产业,补齐传统产业脱节短板,促进三产融合,打造农业全产业链融合发展新格局,为数据经济赋能农业高质量发展打下基础。 |

The construction of digital economy can change agricultural production and management models, improve agricultural efficiency and development quality, and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture. By analyzing the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of agriculture in Jiangxi province, this paper provides useful references for empowering the high-quality development of agriculture with the digital economy in the province. Based on the analysis of the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of agriculture, panel data from 11 prefecture level cities in Jiangxi province from 2012 to 2022 were selected. And an indicator system evaluation method was constructed, then it was used to calculate the level of digital economy and high-quality development of agriculture in Jiangxi province. In additionally, a fixed effect model was employed to conduct the regression analysis. At the same time, convergence, endogeneity, and robustness were combined to empirically analyze the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of agriculture. The results were listed as follows. (1) The development of digital economy in Jiangxi province could significantly promote high-quality agricultural development, and the results of endogeneity and robustness tests had verified the reliability of this conclusion; (2) The high-quality development of agriculture had obvious regional convergence, and the overall trend of high-quality development of regional agriculture in Jiangxi province was balanced; (3) The effectiveness of digital economy in empowering high-quality agricultural development strengthened with the increase of economic development level. Specifically, the promotion effect of digital economy on high-quality agricultural development was strongest in economically developed regions, relatively weak in medium regions, and not significant in economically underdeveloped regions; (4) The digital economy had its own threshold effect and economic threshold effect on the high-quality development of agriculture. Only when the digital economy or economic level developed to a certain extent can it promote the high-quality development of agriculture. In summary, Jiangxi province should seize the opportunities of digital economy development and actively improve the construction of rural digital infrastructure. And it should fully leverage the linkage and driving role of the northern Jiangxi region, focus on improving the development level of digital economy in underdeveloped and remote areas, and continuously promote the deep integration of digital economy and agricultural industry. Finally, we need to consistently innovate and optimize the transformation and upgrading path of the agricultural industry, fully leverage local agricultural characteristic industries, fill the gaps in traditional industries, facilitate the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, create a new pattern of integrated development of the entire agricultural industry chain, and lay a solid foundation for empowering high-quality agricultural development with the data economy. |
