农产品加工业集聚对农民收入的影响机制分析——以黑龙江省地级市为例

摘要:

目的 农产品加工业是一国经济发展的重要工业活动，也是联结工农、沟通城乡的重要环节。通过分析农产品加工业集聚对农民收入的影响以及作用机制，为进一步拓宽农民增收渠道提供参考。方法 文章基于2011—2020年黑龙江省地级市面板数据，利用区位熵测算农产品加工业集聚程度，通过建立双向固定效应模型、非线性中介效应模型，实证分析黑龙江省农产品加工业集聚对农民收入的影响及其作用机制。结果 黑龙江省农产品加工业集聚对农民收入的影响呈现出显著的“倒U型”特征，且大部分地级市尚未跨越拐点，集聚水平提升能显著促进农民收入增长；农产品加工业集聚通过提升农业劳动生产率、促进区域经济发展双重非线性机制影响农民收入的提升。结论 要进一步推进农产品加工业集聚发展，促进经济发展水平与农业劳动生产率的提升，完善农民利益联结机制，保障农民持续增收。

Abstract:

The agricultural product processing industry is an important industrial activity for a country's economic development, as well as an important link connecting workers and farmers, and connecting urban and rural areas. By analyzing the impact and mechanism of agricultural product processing industry agglomeration on farmers' income, this provides a reference for further expanding the channels for increasing farmers' income. Based on panel data of prefecture level cities in Heilongjiang province from 2011 to 2020, this research used the location entropy to measure the degree of agglomeration of agricultural product processing industry, and established a two-way fixed effect model and a nonlinear intermediary effect model to empirically analyze the impact and mechanism of agglomeration of agricultural product processing industry on farmers' income in Heilongjiang province. The results showed that the agglomeration of agricultural products processing industry in Heilongjiang province presented a significant “inverted U-shaped” character on farmers' income, and most of the cities had not yet crossed the inflection point, and the improvement of agglomeration level could significantly promote the growth of farmers' income. The agglomeration of agricultural product processing industry affected the improvement of farmers' income through the dual nonlinear mechanism of improving agricultural labor productivity and promoting regional economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to further promote the agglomeration development of agricultural product processing industry, promote the improvement of economic development level and agricultural labor productivity, improve the farmers' interest linkage mechanism, and ensure the continuous increase of farmers' income.
