摘要:

目的 明晰农村水环境治理领域研究前沿及发展趋势，为农村水环境治理与宜居宜业和美乡村建设提供知识积累与未来研究展望。方法 文章采用数理统计方法和文献计量法，运用Vosviewer软件对1995―2022年1 874篇中英文文献进行可视化分析，并对热点研究主线以及研究主题进行归纳。结果 （1）在农村水环境治理领域国外相关研究起步较早，发文数量也显著高于国内。（2）从文献热点词分析结果看，国际期刊文献研究聚焦于农村水环境污染物排放与风险评价、农村生活污水治理效率、农村生活污水治理与乡村发展。（3）国内期刊的研究具有一定的政策导向，研究可划分1998—2012年、2013—2017年和2018年至今3个阶段，围绕“农村水污染与水污染防治”“农村水环境治理—农村生活污水治理”“污水治理模式—排放标准与农民获得感提升”等主线展开。结论 在我国未来的研究中应着重关注以下五方面：（1）深化农村水环境治理理论研究。（2）注重不同学科之间的融合，进一步加强农村水环境治理效果评价方法研究。（3）推动农村水环境治理体制机制、政策创新研究。（4）探索多元化的资金筹措渠道。（5）加强农村水环境治理多目标协同研究。

Abstract:

To clarify the research frontiers and development trends in the field of rural water environment management, and to provide knowledge accumulation and future research outlook for rural water environment management and the construction of livable and beautiful countryside. This research adopted the mathematical statistics method and bibliometric method, and used Vosviewer software to visualize and analyze 1 874 Chinese and English literatures from 1995 to 2022, then summarized the hot research main lines as well as research themes. The results were showed as follows. (1) In the field of rural water environmental management domestic journals were lagging behind, and the number of published articles was significantly lower than the international level. (2) From the results of literature hot word analysis, the international journal literature research focused on rural water environment pollutant discharge and risk evaluation, rural domestic sewage treatment efficiency, rural domestic sewage treatment and rural development. (3) The research of domestic journals had a certain policy orientation, and the research could be divided into three phases: 1998—2012, 2013—2017, and 2018 to the present, centering on "rural water pollution and water pollution prevention", "rural water environmental governance-rural domestic sewage treatment", "rural water environmental governance-rural domestic sewage treatment", and "rural water environmental management-rural domestic sewage treatment". It is centered on the main lines of "rural water pollution and water pollution prevention", "rural water environment management-rural domestic sewage management", and "sewage management mode-discharge standards and farmers' sense of accessibility". Our future research should focus on the following five aspects:(1) Deepening theoretical research on rural water environmental governance. (2) Focus on integrating different disciplines and strengthening the evaluation of the effectiveness of rural water environmental governance research. (3) Promote institutional mechanisms for rural water environmental governance and policy innovation research. (4) Explore diversified financing channels. (5) Strengthen research into the multi-objective synergy of rural water environment management.
