基于多维视角的新型农村集体经济发展路径探究——基于3个省(区)20个县(区)40个行政村的实地调研

摘要:

目的 党的二十大报告提出发展新型农村集体经济。新时代，新型农村集体经济的发展路径直接关系到农村集体经济的高质量发展。针对当前新型农村集体经济发展路径研究概念模糊、分类维度单一及交织混乱，影响到新型农村集体经济理论研究和实践探索等实际。方法 文章采用综合分析、理论梳理与实证研究相结合等方法，综述了新型农村集体经济发展的大量模式与路径方面研究。结果 提出了以前鲜有报道的从多维视角研究农村集体经济发展路径观点并进一步建立了从组织管理方式、“三资”利用方式、经营管理方式、相关治理机制及效益实现形式的五维视角综合研究新型农村集体经济发展路径的框架体系。在此五维框架体系总体思路下，对其中每一维度进行进一步理论研究，并结合案例进行了进一步实证分析。结论 新型农村集体经济发展路径是综合立体的多维概念，只有以立体多维视角来研究农村集体经济发展路径问题，才能更加深入系统揭示路径发展的本质规律及内在联系，为新型农村集体经济理论研究和实践探索提供理论支撑和有益借鉴，促进新型农村集体经济高质量发展，助力乡村振兴，促进农业强国早日实现。

Abstract:

The report of the Party's 20th National Congress proposed the development of a new- type of rural collective economy. In the new era, the development path of the new-type rural collective economy is directly related to the high-quality development of the rural collective economy. In view of the current research on the development path of the new-type of rural collective economy, the concept is fuzzy, the classification dimension is single and the interweaving is confused, so it has essential theoretical and practical significance to explore the develop path of the new type rural collective economy. A large number of models and paths of the development of new type rural collective economy were reviewed by means of comprehensive analysis, theoretical combing and empirical research. The results were showed as follows. The research put forward the viewpoint of studying the development path of rural collective economy from a multi-dimensional perspective, which was rarely reported before, and further established a framework system of comprehensively studying the development path of new type rural collective economy from the five-dimensional perspective of organization and management mode, the utilization mode of "three capital", the operation and management mode, the relevant governance mechanism and the form of benefit realization. Under the general idea of the five-dimensional framework system, further theoretical research was carried out on each dimension and further empirical analysis was carried out in combination with cases. In summary, the development path of the new type rural collective economy is a comprehensive and multi-dimensional concept. Only by studying the development path of it from a multi-dimensional perspective can we reveal the essential laws and internal connections of the development path more deeply and systematically. And it can provide support and useful a reference for the theoretical research and practical exploration of the new type rural collective economy, promote the high-quality development of the new type rural collective economy, and help rural revitalization and common prosperity, so as to promote the early realization of agricultural powerful country
