| 目的 病死猪资源化利用是实现农业绿色生产和可持续发展的基本要求。深入探究生猪保险与病死猪资源化利用之间的关系,对于确保食品安全和推动农业保险业的长远发展至关重要。方法 文章构建政策性生猪保险对病死猪资源化利用率影响的理论框架,利用辽宁省582份养殖户调研数据,运用倾向得分匹配法和链式中介模型进行实证分析。结果 研究发现,政策性生猪保险显著提高了养殖户的病死猪资源化利用率。保险政策的联动程度越高,病死猪的资源化利用效果越显著。此外,生猪保险政策对风险规避型、病死率低、小规模或非专业化养殖户的作用更显著。机制分析表明,养殖规模和技术投入在这一过程中起到了链式中介的作用。生猪保险影响养殖规模的扩大,促进养殖技术升级,进而影响了病死猪资源化利用率;进一步分析发现,生猪保险保障水平与资源化利用率之间存在正U型关系,临界点为28.2。结论 加强生猪保险政策支持、完善保处联动机制、发展适度规模经营、加强技术投入和创新,以推进农业保险和畜禽养殖业高质量发展。 |

| Resource utilization of sick and dead hogs is a basic requirement for achieving green production and sustainable development of agriculture. Exploring the relationship between hog insurance and the resource utilization of sick and dead hogs in depth is crucial to ensuring food safety and promoting the long-term development of the agricultural insurance industry. A theoretical framework was constructed for the impact of policy-based hog insurance on the resource utilization of sick and dead hogs. Utilizing the 582 farmers' research data in Liaoning province, the empirical analysis was conducted by adopting the propensity score matching and the chain mediation model. The study revealed that policy-based hog insurance significantly improved the resource utilization of sick and dead hogs. The higher the degree of insurance-disposal linkage level, the more significant the resource utilization of sick and dead hogs. In addition, the effect of hog insurance policy was stronger in risk-averse, low death rate, small-scale and non-specialized farmers. The mechanism analysis showed that the farming scale and technical inputs played the role of chain mediation in this process. Hog insurance affected the expansion of farming scale and promoted the upgrading of farming technology, thereby impacting the resource utilization of dead pigs. Further analysis revealed a positive U-shaped relationship between the hog insurance coverage level and the resource utilization effect, with a critical point of 28.2 percent. Therefore, based on the above conclusions, the following recommendations are proposed: strengthening the policy support of hog insurance, improving the insurance-disposal linkage mechanism, developing appropriate scale operation and strengthening technical input and innovation, in order to promote the high-quality development of agricultural insurance and livestock and poultry farming. |
