| 目的 加快绿色生产技术采纳是解决农业发展与生态环境冲突的有力抓手,也是实现农业高质量发展的关键一环。方法 基于山东省155家种养结合型省级示范家庭农场的调查数据,文章运用Heckman两阶段模型实证分析了保险购买对种养结合型家庭农场绿色技术采纳决策与采纳程度的影响。结果 (1)保险购买是种养结合型家庭农场绿色技术采纳决策与采纳程度的显著性影响因素。(2)风险偏好在保险购买对种养结合型家庭农场绿色技术采纳的影响中起着正向调节作用,销售预期在保险购买对种养结合型家庭农场绿色技术采纳的影响中起着负向调节作用。(3)经营年限、家庭劳动力、土地集中连片程度对种养结合型家庭农场绿色技术采纳决策与采纳程度均有显著影响;受教育程度、贷款难易程度、农技培训数量仅对种养结合型家庭农场绿色技术采纳决策具有显著性影响;参与订单农业仅对种养结合型家庭农场绿色技术采纳程度具有显著性影响。结论 提出加大农业保险宣传力度、创新农业保险产品、加强保险补贴力度等政策建议。 |

| Accelerating the adoption of green production technology is a powerful starting point to solve the conflict between agricultural development and ecological environment, and it is also a key part of achieving high-quality agricultural development. Based on the survey data of 155 provincial demonstration family farms in Shandong province, this research empirically analyzed the impact of insurance purchase on the decision and degree of adoption of green technology in family farms by using Heckman's two-stage model. The results showed that insurance purchase is a significant influencing factor on the decision and degree of adoption of green technology in family farms, risk preference played a positive moderating role in the impact of insurance purchase on the adoption of green technology in family farms, and sales expectation showed a negative moderating role in the impact of insurance purchase on the adoption of green technology in family farms. The number of years of operation, the degree of family labor force and the degree of land concentration and contiguity all had significant effects on the decision and degree of adoption of green technology in family farms, while the level of education, the difficulty of obtaining loans, and the number of agricultural technology training only had a significant impact on the adoption of green technology in family farms, while the participation in contract agriculture only had a significant impact on the adoption degree of green technology in family farms. Based on this, this study puts forward policy suggestions, such as increasing the publicity of agricultural insurance, innovating agricultural insurance products, and strengthening insurance subsidies. |
