摘要:
目的 文章旨在探讨多维环境规制对肉鸡养殖户将粪便肥料化利用行为的影响机理,以期促进养殖户积极参与肥料资源的深度利用,并进一步提升相关政策实施的效果。方法 基于对河南、河北、山东、安徽、广西、云南、吉林和辽宁8省35个市56个区县开展调研,采用Logistic模型实证分析,探究多维环境规制对肉鸡养殖户粪便肥料化利用行为及其内在作用机理的影响。结果 研究表明,各类环境规制均显著推动肉鸡养殖户实施粪便肥料化,且存在养殖规模异质性。养殖户年龄、养殖规模、组织化程度和粪污处理设备投入是影响养殖户粪便肥料化利用的主要因素。结论 我国肉鸡粪便肥料化利用潜力大,需完善环境规制体系,强化不同措施间衔接。同时,关注不同规制对各规模养殖户的影响差异,加强政策解读,兼顾小散规模、低学历和低养殖经验的养殖户,提升激励与引导措施对其吸引力。此外,要拓展途径,增进不同规模养殖户对粪便肥料化利用的认知,提高其采用肥料化利用的可能性。

THE IMPACT OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS ON THE MANURE FERTILIZATION BEHAVIOR OF BROILER FARMERS

Abstract:
This study aims to explore the impact of multidimensional environmental regulations on broiler farmers' manure fertilization behavior, with the goal of encouraging farmers to actively engage in the advanced utilization of manure resources and enhancing the effectiveness of related policies. Based on a survey conducted in 56 counties across 35 cities in eight provinces (Henan, Hebei, Shandong, Anhui, Guangxi, Yunnan, Jilin, and Liaoning), a logistic regression model was employed to empirically analyze how different environmental regulations influence broiler farmers' manure fertilization behavior and its underlying mechanisms. The findings indicated that various environmental regulations significantly promoted manure fertilization among broiler farmers, with heterogeneity observed across different farm scales. Farmers' age, farm size, organizational participation, and investment in manure treatment equipment were identified as key factors influencing manure fertilization adoption. In summary, China possesses substantial potential for manure fertilization in broiler farming. To maximize this potential, it is essential to refine the environmental regulatory framework and enhance the coordination between different policy measures. Additionally, policymakers should consider the varying impacts of regulations on farmers of different scales, strengthen policy communication, and improve incentive mechanisms—particularly for small-scale, less-educated, and less-experienced farmers. Furthermore, efforts should be made to broaden outreach strategies to improve farmers' awareness and adoption of manure fertilization practices.
