内蒙古种植业发展问题及对策的思考

摘要:

内蒙古自治区是农业大省，种植业在第一产业中占有较高的比例，因此如何解决种植业发展中的问题至关重要。文章利用调研、文献及统计分析方法，对内蒙古自治区的种植业发展概况做了分析。研究结果表明：目前内蒙古优势产业平稳，新型马铃薯、蔬菜等经济作物发展迅速，种植业逐步走向市场化道路。经过实地调研，发现制约种植业发展的主要问题是农业基础设施薄弱、农产品科技含量不高、农民素质较低、农技推广退伍老化、市场信息体系不健全等。针对这些问题，文章从加大科技投入力度，努力提高种植业科技水平，加强专业技能培训，提高农民自身素质，完善土地制度，推进规模化经营，创新新型农业生产方式，大力扶持农业龙头企业，保护生态环境，促进种植业可持续发展等提出对策建议，旨在为促进内蒙古自治区种植的快速发展及政府部门制定对策提供一些参考。

Abstract:

As the major grain producing areas in China，the planting industry occupies a high proportion in the primary industry in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region，so how to solve problems in farming development is essential.In this study，the method of research，documentation and statistical data analysis were used to make clear analysis of planting in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The results showed that the advantage industriessuch as the new potatoes，vegetables and other cash crops have developed rapidly，the planting has gradually moved toward the market-oriented road.After the field investigation，the main problems constraining the development of planting were that the agricultural infrastructure was weak，agricultural science and technology content was not high，the quality of farmers was low，agricultural extension was not enough，and the market information system was unperfected，and so on.To solve these problems，some suggestions were put forward，such as enhancing the investments in technology to improve the technological level of planting，strengthening professional skills training，improving the quality of farmers，promoting large-scale operation，innovating the new agricultural production methods，supporting vigorously agricultural leading enterprises，protecting the ecological environment and promoting the sustainable development of planting，etc.The results will provide some references to the rapid development of planting and the policy-making in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
