国内农村土地流转问题研究的演化路径与追踪——基于CSSCI期刊相关论文的知识图谱分析

摘要:

目的 近年来，随着我国经济的快速发展，人们越来越意识到土地流转的重要性，关于农村土地流转状况越来越成为学者们广泛关注的热点话题，为系统性梳理中国农村土地流转研究的进展。方法 文章以1998—2019年2 120篇中国社会科学引文索引（CSSCI）期刊论文作为研究样本，综合运用CiteSpace、Bicomb和Ucinet等知识图谱工具，分别从时间分布、作者分布等多方面探究中国农村土地流转研究能量分布，并从研究的演进脉络、热点内容、前沿趋势等多个方面探究农村土地流转的主要概况。结果 中国农村土地流转研究大致分为萌芽期、缓慢增长到快速成长期、爆发式增长期等；学者们的合作关系呈现出“大分散，小集中”的特点；研究的热点主要为土地流转的内涵与市场机制、土地流转与土地制度、确权问题、土地流转过程中的农民权益及政府行为等。最后，归纳出土地流转研究的演进过程、研究脉络等信息。结论 利用可视化图谱挖掘出土地流转最新研究动态和趋势，尝试为构建农村土地流转领域的宏观知识图谱提供有益参考。

Abstract:

In recent years, with the rapid development of China' s economy, people have become more and more aware of the importance of land transfer. The situation of rural land transfer has become a hot topic that scholars have paid more and more attention to, so as to systematically review the research progress of rural land transfer in China. Taking 2 120 papers published in CSSCI journals from 1998 to 2019 as research samples, this paper comprehensively used knowledge mapping tools, such as CiteSpace, Bicomb and Ucinet to explore the energy distribution of rural land circulation research in China from the aspects of time distribution and author distribution, and explored the main overview of rural land circulation from the aspects of research evolution, hot content and frontier trend. It was found that the research on rural land transfer in China can be roughly divided into germination period, slow growth to rapid growth period, and explosive growth period. The cooperation between scholars presented the characteristics of ' large dispersion and small concentration; the research focuses were mainly on the connotation and market mechanism of land transfer, land transfer and land system, right confirmation, farmers' rights and interests in the process of land transfer and government behaviors. Finally, the evolution process, research context and other information of land transfer research are summarized. In summary, the latest research situation and trends of land transfer are excavated by using the visualization map, so as to provide useful reference for the construction of macro knowledge map in the field of rural land transfer.
