河北省县域乡村人居环境质量评价及其影响因素研究

摘要:
目的 面向新时代乡村振兴战略现实需求,科学客观评价乡村人居环境质量,并分析影响效应的空间异质性,对因地制宜实施乡村人居环境整治具有重要的指导意义。方法 文章通过构建乡村人居环境质量评价指标体系,运用全排列综合图示法测度结果,利用空间自相关分析空间分异格局,借助逐步回归、GWR模型讨论影响因素效应水平的空间异质性。结果 (1)河北省乡村人居环境质量差异显著,以中等水平为主;(2)在空间上表现为显著集聚特征,热点区和冷点区呈现“双核”分布特征;(3)年平均气温、人口密度、第一产业占比、人均GDP、一般公共预算支出、农用机械化总功率和农业产业化经营率7个因素为影响乡村人居环境的主要因素,各因素影响效应具有空间异质性,且在不同分区上影响效应存在一定差异。结论 该文揭示了河北省乡村人居环境质量以中等水平为主,冷热点区均呈现“双核”的格局特征,探讨了乡村人居环境质量影响因素效应的空间异质性,为因地制宜制定乡村人居环境整治策略提供参考。

QUALITY EVALUATION OF RURAL HUMAN SETTLEMENTS AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS AT COUNTY LEVEL IN HEBEI PROVINCE

Abstract:
Facing the current demand of rural revitalization strategy in China, this research scientifically and objectively evaluate the spatial pattern characteristics of rural human settlements quality, and explore the spatial heterogeneity of impact effects, which has guiding significance implementation of rural human settlements. This research constructed an evaluation index system of rural human settlements quality, and used the full arrangement comprehensive graphic method to measure the results. Moreover, it adopted spatial autocorrelation to analyze the spatial differentiation pattern. In addition, it used stepwise regression, GWR Model to discuss the spatial heterogeneity of influencing factor effects. The results showed that there were significant differences in the quality of rural human settlements in Hebei province, mainly on the medium level. In space, it showed significant agglomeration characteristics, and the hot spot area and cold spot area showed "dual-core" distribution characteristics; the annual average temperature, population density, the proportion of primary industry, per capital GDP, public budget expenditure, the total power of agricultural mechanization and the operation rate of agricultural industrialization were the main factors affecting the rural human settlements quality, and the effects of each factor were spatially heterogeneous. In summary, the quality of rural human settlements is mainly on the medium level, and the cold and hot spots show the pattern characteristics of "dual-core" in Hebei province, and it discusses the spatial heterogeneity of influencing factors of rural human settlements quality, and provides reference for formulating rural human settlements' remediation strategies according to local conditions.
