经营规模、地块数量、土地转入与农药减量

摘要:
目的 探究经营规模、地块数量和土地转入对农药使用强度的影响。方法 文章利用中国家庭大数据库和中国家庭金融调查数据库2017年全国8 695个农户的调查数据,实证分析经营规模、地块数量和土地转入对农药使用强度的影响,并进行一系列稳健性检验。结果 (1)经营规模对农药使用强度具有显著的负向影响,扩大经营规模有助于农药减量;(2)地块数量对农药使用强度具有显著的正向影响,其在一定程度上加重了农药的过量投入;(3)土地转入对农药使用强度具有显著的正向影响,农户在转入土地上的农药用量相对较大,土地转入在一定程度上削减了经营规模的农药减量作用;(4)经营规模、地块数量和土地转入对农药使用强度的影响在不同作物之间存在一定的异质性。结论 可以通过推动农业适度规模经营、开展专业化统防统治、推广联耕联种模式、改善土地经营权益稳定性等措施促进农药减量。

Abstract:
The goal of this paper is to investigate the effects of the land management scale, number of plots and land transfer on pesticide use intensity. Based on the survey data of 8 695 farmers in China in 2017 from the Chinese Family Database and China Household Finance Survey, this paper empirically tested the effects of the land management scale, number of plots and land transfer on pesticide use intensity, and carried out a series of robustness tests. The results showed that: (1)The land management scale had a significant negative impact on pesticide use intensity, and expanding land management scale was conducive to pesticide reduction. (2)The number of plots had a significant positive impact on pesticide use intensity, and aggravated the overuse of pesticides to a certain extent. (3)Land transfer had a significant positive impact on pesticide use intensity. Farmers used more pesticides on the transferred land, and land transfer reduced the pesticide reduction effect of land management scale to a certain extent. (4)The effects of land management scale, number of plots and land transfer on pesticide use intensity were heterogeneous among different crops. Therefore, the government can promote pesticide reduction by promoting appropriate scale operation of agriculture, carrying out specialized integrated control of agricultural diseases, pests and weeds, promoting the mode of combined tillage and planting and improving the stability of land management rights and interests.
