目的 已有研究较少综合数量、质量和生态效益讨论耕地安全变化趋势。全方位明晰耕地安全格局是协调人地关系、保障国家粮食安全的重要手段。方法 文章基于2009—2019年湖北省土地利用调查数据,构建“数量—质量—生态”三位一体耕地安全格局综合评价体系,计算图斑面积、所处高程和连片度定义数量和质量变化,建立“压力—状态—响应”(PSR)指标体系评估生态变化,综合评价耕地安全格局变化趋势。结果 数量方面,两年间耕地整体呈“中部增加,东西流失”的空间态势,其中西部耕地转移动态度也较高,主要与林地发生土地流转;质量方面,补充耕地的平均海拔及坡度均低于占用耕地,耕地整体向低海拔区域、小坡度地区转移,但存在占连片补零星现象;生态方面,耕地生态安全水平总体下降,各区县间差异也在扩大。结论 研究结果明晰了恩施、十堰、武汉等重点关注地区,同时分区分类提供了管控措施。 |

ANALYSIS OF CHANGES IN CULTIVATED LAND SECURITY PATTERNS IN HUBEI PROVINCE UNDER THE TRINITY PERSPECTIVE |

To comprehensively clarify the pattern of cultivated land security is a crucial approach to effectively manage the relationship between people and land, ensuring national food security. However, limited studies address the dynamic changes in cultivated land security by integrating quantity, quality, and ecological benefits. Therefore, based on the land use survey data of Hubei province in 2009 and 2019, and from a Trinity approach, a comprehensive assessment was conducted to calculate plot area, elevation, and connectivity parameters for defining both quantitative and qualitative changes. Additionally, an index system known as Pressure-State-Response (PSR) was established to evaluate ecological transformations, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of the changing trend in the pattern of cultivated land security. The results were listed as follows. In terms of quantity, the cultivated land showed a spatial trend of increasing in the center and losing in the east and west in the past ten years, in which the transfer of cultivated land in the west had a higher motivation, and the land transfer mainly occurred with forest land. In terms of quality, the average elevation and slope of the supplemented cultivated land was lower than that of the occupied cultivated land, and cultivated land was transferred to the low elevation area and the small-slope area. However, there was a phenomenon of occupying continuous patches and supplementing sporadic patches. In terms of ecology, the level of cultivated land generally declined, and the differences between districts and counties were also expanding. Finally, the results clarify the key areas that should be concerned about cultivated land protection in Hubei province, and provide control measures by zoning and categorization. |
