浙江省农村产业融合度测算及影响因素分析

摘要:

目的 推动农村产业融合发展，是构建现代农业产业体系、带动农民增收致富的重要举措。方法 为准确测度其融合水平，文章以浙江省及省内11个地级市为研究对象，通过构建农村产业融合度评价指标体系，借助熵值法和灰色关联分析法，研究2007—2022年浙江省农村产业融合发展情况及其影响因素。结果 （1）2007—2022年浙江省农村产业融合指数逐年递增，由0.164 4增长至0.775 8。杭州和宁波2市农村产业融合指数长期位居前列，丽水和衢州2市长期位居省内末位。整体来看，浙江省农村产业融合指数呈现出“北高南低”的态势。农村产业融合行为和效益指数的发展变化和分布规律同农村产业融合指数基本一致；（2）城镇化水平、城乡居民收入差距、农村居民收入水平、农村居民消费水平、土地综合产出率、研究与试验发展经费、农林牧渔服务业比重与农村产业融合的关联度较高，分别为0.952 8、0.922 7、0.910 9、0.875 8、0.852 2、0.813 3和0.773 6。结论 未来，浙江省应从推动农村产业融合和城镇化协同发展、强化基础设施建设、增强农业科技水平、拓展农业产业链延伸等方面着手，实现农村产业的多元化融合发展。

Abstract:

Promoting the integrated development of rural industries is an important measure to build a modern agricultural industry system and drive farmers to increase their income and become prosperous. To accurately measure its level of integration, this study took Zhejiang province and 11 prefecture level cities as research objects. By constructing an evaluation index system for the degree of rural industrial integration, and using the entropy method and grey relational analysis method, it investigated the development of rural industrial integration in Zhejiang province from 2007 to 2022 and its influencing factors. The results showed that from 2007 to 2022, the rural industry integration index in Zhejiang province had been increasing year by year, from 0.164 4 to 0.775 8. Hangzhou and Ningbo had long been among the top cities in terms of rural industry integration index, while Lishui and Quzhou had long been at the bottom of the province. Overall, the rural industry integration index in Zhejiang province showed a trend of "high in the north and low in the south". The development, changes, and distribution patterns of rural industrial integration behavior and efficiency index were basically consistent with those of rural industrial integration index. (2) The level of urbanization, income gap between urban and rural residents, income level of rural residents, consumption level of rural residents, comprehensive land output rate, research and experimental development funds, and the proportion of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery services were highly correlated with the integration of rural industries, with values of 0.952 8, 0.922 7, 0.910 9, 0.875 8, 0.852 2, 0.813 3, and 0.7736, respectively. Therefore, in the future, Zhejiang province should start from promoting the integration of rural industries and coordinated development of urbanization, strengthening infrastructure construction, enhancing agricultural technology level, and expanding the extension of agricultural industry chain to achieve diversified and integrated development of rural industries.
