农村三产融合对农业绿色发展的影响——基于粮食主产区的实证检验

摘要:

目的 农业绿色发展是现代农业建设的重大使命。在这一背景下，农村三产融合作为一项重要的战略举措，肩负着转变农业发展方式、构建现代农业产业体系的重要任务。通过探讨农村三产融合对农业绿色发展的影响，为我国农业绿色转型提供理论依据和实践指导。方法 文章基于2010—2021年中国13个粮食主产区的面板数据，运用双向固定效应模型，对农村三产融合与农业绿色发展之间的关系进行实证分析，通过工具变量和缩尾处理两种形式进行了稳健性检验。结果 研究表明，农村三产融合对农业绿色发展具有显著的促进作用，并且存在区域异质性。从具体的地理区位上看，东部以及东北地区农村三产融合促进农业绿色发展，中部和西部地区农村三产融合是抑制其农业绿色发展。此外，农村三产融合能够通过增加农民收入来进一步促进农业绿色发展，而中介变量农村人力资本在一定程度上抑制了农业绿色发展。结论 我国在推动农村三产融合发展的过程中，应充分关注其对农业绿色发展的促进作用。针对不同地区，制定和实施差异化的政策措施，合理规划农村三产融合的发展，以此提升我国农业绿色发展水平，为实现农业现代化和可持续发展目标奠定坚实基础。

Abstract:

The green development of agriculture is an important mission of modern agricultural construction. In this context, the integration of rural three industries, as an important strategic measure, shoulders the important task of transforming the agricultural development mode and building a modern agricultural industry system. This research aims to discuss the influence of rural three-industry integration on agricultural green development, and provides the theoretical basis and practical guidance for China's agricultural green transformation. Based on the panel data of 13 major grain-producing areas in China from 2010 to 2021, the relationship between rural three-production integration and agricultural green development was empirically analyzed by using the bidirectional fixed-effect model, and the robustness test was conducted by using the instrumental variables and tail reduction treatment. The research showed that the integration of rural three industries had a significant promoting effect on the green development of agriculture, and there was regional heterogeneity. From the specific geographical location, the integration of rural three industries in eastern and northeast China promoted the green development of agriculture, while the integration of rural three industries in central and western China inhibited the green development of agriculture. In addition, the integration of rural three industries further promoted the green development of agriculture by increasing farmers' income, while the intermediate variable of rural human capital inhibited the green development of agriculture to a certain extent. Therefore, in the process of promoting the integrated development of rural three industries, our country should pay more attention to its promoting effect on the green development of agriculture. According to different regions, it should formulate and implement differentiated policies and measures, and rationally plan the development of rural three-industry integration, to enhance the green development level of China's agriculture, and lay a solid foundation for achieving agricultural modernization and sustainable development goals.
