摘要:

目的 肉鸡产业在国家粮食安全保障、肉类稳产保供、健康中国建设和畜牧业绿色发展等多个方面具有重要意义，随着我国步入高质量发展新阶段，肉鸡产业进入由数量扩张向质量提升的关键转型期。方法 文章运用数据分析与文献研究相结合的方法，对肉鸡产业发展起步较早的欧美发达国家以及巴西等发展中国家的肉鸡产业发展进行了历史演变特征分析、未来发展趋势研判及主要经验总结，并在此基础上提出了有助于我国肉鸡产业发展的借鉴启示。结果 国际肉鸡产业发展的主要经验：政府给予大量显性和隐性支持，助力产业提高竞争力；积极推动产业化发展，激活产业链高效协同发展与整体提升；高度重视发展先进生产力，强化科技驱动；着力强化生物安全体系建设，提升疫病防控能力；持续加强消费管理，重视消费市场培育等。结论 对我国肉鸡产业发展的借鉴启示：充分认识肉鸡产业发展的战略意义，大力推动肉鸡产业“质”“量”共进；不断强化科技支撑，率先实现现代化；持续推动“减抗”行动，严把产品质量关；高度重视疫病防控体系建设，筑牢产业安全屏障；积极开展消费端科普宣传，充分挖掘消费潜力。

Abstract:

As China enters a new phase of high-quality development, the broiler industry is undergoing a critical transition from prioritizing quantity expansion to enhancing quality. Leading broiler producers in both developed countries such as those in Europe and the United States, and developing countries like Brazil, have pioneered the development of the broiler industry, amassing extensive practical wisdom. This paper delved into the historical evolution, anticipated future development trends, and distilled key insights from the global broiler industry. The main experience of the development of the international broiler industry were showed as follows. The government provided a large amount of explicit and implicit support to help the industry improve its competitiveness; Actively promoting industrialization development to activate efficient collaborative development and overall improvement of the industrial chain; and attaching great importance to the development of advanced productive forces and strengthening the drive of science and technology; Efforts were made to strengthen the construction of the biosafety system and enhancing the ability to prevent and control diseases; and continuously strengthening consumption management and attaching importance to cultivating the consumer market. Finally, this research proposed several strategies for elevating China's broiler industry: comprehending the strategic importance of broiler industry development and vigorously promoting the concurrent improvement of "quality" and "quantity"; enhancing scientific and technological support to drive modernization forward; persisting in reducing antibiotic use and rigorously ensuring product quality; giving precedence to the development of disease prevention and control systems to strengthen industrial safety barriers; and proactively engaging in consumer education and the dissemination of scientific knowledge to unlock the full potential of market consumption.
