产业组织模式选择对生猪养殖户废弃物资源化利用行为的影响

摘要:

目的 加强畜禽养殖废弃物资源化处理对于改善空气质量，促进畜牧业绿色低碳循环发展，保障公共卫生安全和人类健康意义重大。方法 文章基于湖北省和河南省的生猪养殖户调查数据，采用内生转换Probit模型，实证考察了产业组织模式选择对生猪养殖户畜禽废弃物资源化利用行为的影响。结果 （1）受教育程度、风险偏好、养殖规模、家庭人口数和环境规制是影响养殖户产业组织模式选择的重要因素。（2）加入紧密型产业组织可以提高生猪废弃物的资源化利用水平。在反事实情景下，如果选择完全市场交易模式的养殖户加入紧密型产业组织，可以使其资源化处理废弃物的概率提升40.1%。该结果在使用倾向得分匹配法和条件混合过程估计方法后依然稳健。（3）提高环境风险认知、政策认知和技术认知是紧密型产业组织模式影响养殖户资源化利用行为的作用路径，其中技术认知发挥的作用最大。结论 应进一步提高生猪养殖户的产业组织化程度，并将提高生猪养殖户的认知水平作为促进畜牧业绿色发展的重要手段。

Abstract:

Strengthening the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste is of great significance for improving air quality, promoting green and low-carbon circular development of animal husbandry, and ensuring public safety and human health. Based on survey data from pig farmers in Hubei and Henan provinces, endogenous switching probit model was used to examine the impact of industrial organization mode selection on pig farmers' resource utilization behavior of livestock and poultry waste. The results indicated that: (1) Education level, risk preference, farming scale, family size and environmental regulations were important factors that affected farmers’ selection of industrial organization modes. (2) Joining the tight industrial organization could improve the level of resource utilization of pig waste. In the counterfactual scenario, if farmers who chose the complete market transaction mode join the tight industrial organization, the probability of resource utilization could be increased by 40.1%. This result remained robust even after using propensity score matching method and conditional mixed process method. (3) Enhancing risk awareness, policy awareness, and technological awareness was the pathway through which the tight industrial organization mode affected the resource utilization behavior of farmers, with technological awareness playing the greatest role. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the degree of industrial organization of pig farmers, and to enhance their cognitive level as an important means to promote the green development of animal husbandry.
