数字乡村参与对农户生态农业技术实施行为的影响与机制

摘要:
目的 探索数字乡村参与对农户生态农业技术实施行为的影响机制,为促进农村数字化转型与现代农业可持续发展目标的深度融合提供一定启示。方法 文章利用中国乡村振兴调查(CRRS)数据,从微观视角出发,在采用熵值法来反映农户实施生态农业技术程度的基础上,实证检验了以数字乡村经济、数字乡村治理和数字乡村生活为表征的数字乡村参与对农户生态农业技术实施行为的影响与机制。结果 (1)数字乡村整体参与以及其在经济、治理、生活等分维度上的参与均可以促进农户实施生态农业技术,其中数字乡村治理参与的影响效果最为明显。(2)机制检验表明,参与数字乡村实践有助于提升农机社会化服务需求、农业信息可获取性和生态环境认知水平,进而促进农户实施生态农业技术,但上述中介效应在不同参与维度上的表现则略有差异。(3)异质性分析还表明,在数字素养较高、经营规模较大的农户群体中,数字乡村参与对生态农业技术实施的正向影响更为显著。结论 应大力提升农户数字乡村参与的意愿与活跃度,探索其促进绿色生产技术推广的多维路径,并且需重视农户参与过程中的包容性及公平性,以形成具有针对性的差异化支持策略体系。

IMPACT AND MECHANISM OF DIGITAL RURAL PARTICIPATION ON FARMERS' IMPLEMENTATION BEHAVIOR OF ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY

Abstract:
This study aims to explore the influence mechanism of digital rural participation on farmers' ecological agricultural technology implementation behavior, and to provide some insights for promoting the deep integration of rural digital transformation with the goal of sustainable development of modern agriculture. By using the data from the China Rural Revitalization Survey (CRRS), this research empirically examined the influence and mechanism of digital rural participation on farmers' eco-agricultural technology implementation behaviors, as characterized by digital rural economy, digital rural governance and digital rural life, based on adopting the entropy method to reflect the degree of eco-agricultural technology implementation by farmers from a micro perspective. The results indicated that: (1) The overall participation in digital countryside and its participation in the sub-dimensions of economy, governance, and life could promote the implementation of eco-agricultural technology by farmers, among which the impact effect of the participation in digital countryside governance was the most obvious. (2) Mechanism tests showed that participation in digital village practices helped to increase the demand for agricultural socialization services, agricultural information accessibility, and ecological environment awareness, which in turn promoted the implementation of eco-agricultural technologies by farmers, but the above mediating effects were slightly different in different dimensions of participation. (3) In addition, the heterogeneity analysis also showed that the positive effect of digital village participation on the implementation of eco-agricultural technologies was more significant in the group of farmers with higher digital literacy and larger scale of operation. Therefore, the willingness and activity of farmers' digital rural participation should be vigorously promoted, and the multidimensional path of promoting green production technology should be explored, and the inclusiveness and fairness of farmers' participation should be emphasized, so as to form a targeted and differentiated support strategy system.
