| 摘要: |
| 目的 建设现代化农业的关键是推动农业高质量发展,数字经济作为新型经济形态能够全面推进农业高质量发展。方法 文章在厘清数字经济赋能农业高质量发展作用机理的基础上,以2011—2020年中国30个省(市、区,不含港澳台和西藏)为研究对象,利用面板固定效应模型、中介效应模型和门限效应模型,实证分析数字经济对农业高质量发展的影响效能。结果 数字经济能够提高农业高质量发展水平,且该结论在多种稳健性检验下均成立;中介效应结果显示,“数字经济→科学技术进步→推动农业高质量发展”这一传导路径成立;门限效应结果显示,数字经济赋能农业高质量发展存在显著门限效应,即在农业高质量发展水平逐渐上升的过程中,数字经济对其促进作用逐渐减弱。结论 因此,应大力推进数字基础设施建设,拓宽数字化应用场景,打造数字产业集群,增强金融普惠程度,深度融合数字经济与农业产业,充分发挥数字经济对农业高质量发展的赋能作用,同时,也应加大农业科技进步,实现数字科技强农。 |

| The cornerstone of cultivating modern agriculture lies in fostering the high-quality development of agriculture (HDA). As an emerging economic paradigm, the digital economy harbors immense potential for a comprehensive enhancement of HDA. Beyond merely elucidating,the mechanisms through which the digital economy bolstered HDA, this study delved into an empirical exploration of its impacts, utilizing panel data encompassing 30 Chinese provinces from 2011 to 2020. By employing fixed effect, mediation effect, and threshold effect models, our findings underscored that: (1) The digital economy significantly elevated the standard of HDA, a conclusion reinforced by rigorous robustness tests. (2) A mediation effect analysis verified the transmission pathway: "digital economy → scientific and technological advancement → HDA," highlighting the pivotal role of tech progress in this context. (3) Threshold effect scrutiny revealed that as HDA levels ascended, the amplifying influence of the digital economy on HDA began to wane, suggesting a saturation point. Consequently, there is an imperative need to hasten the development of digital infrastructure, broaden the scope of digital applications, nurture digital industry clusters, enhance financial inclusivity, and achieve a profound integration of the digital economy with the agricultural sector. Such strategies are crucial for fully harnessing the empowering capabilities of the digital economy towards HDA. Simultaneously, it behooves the government to champion agricultural scientific and technological innovation, thereby fortifying agriculture through the lens of digital technology. |
