数字贸易：撬动乡村产业振兴的杠杆

摘要:

目的 运用数字贸易杠杆高质量推进乡村产业振兴，是守好“三农”基础、扎实推进共同富裕的必由之路。方法 文章采用定性分析法和描述性统计法，对数字贸易内涵和新时代乡村发展进行了深入分析，探析了数字贸易能有效从乡村产业数字化贸易和数字产业化贸易两方面突破乡村产业衰落、城乡二元经济瓶颈等困境。结果 从衔接机制来看，理论上，数字贸易是全面落实数字中国战略的重要内容，实践层面上，它是乡村产业振兴的内生动力和外生驱动力；就激活机制而言，精准依托数字贸易杠杆实现从数字化、平台化、集约化、普惠化、个性化和生态化六大方面高质量推进乡村振兴，在实践中，把“富口袋”和“富脑袋”结合起来，以符合战略逻辑的“中国之治”逐步实现全体人民共同富裕。结论 以要素自由流动为载体，释放农村数字贸易潜力；以数字贸易为抓手，驱动城乡产业一体化；以乡村产业振兴为总揽，扎实推进共同富裕。

Abstract:

Leveraging digital trade to drive high-quality rural industrial revitalization is an essential path to safeguarding the foundation of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, and advancing common prosperity. This research employed qualitative analysis and descriptive statistical methods to conduct an in-depth analysis of the essence of digital trade and rural development in the new era, and explored how digital trade can effectively break through the challenges of rural industrial decline and the urban-rural dual economic structure from two aspects: digitalization of rural industries and digitalization of industries. From the perspective of the linkage mechanism, theoretically, digital trade was an important component of the comprehensive implementation of the Digital China strategy; practically, it served as both the endogenous driving force and exogenous driving force for rural industrial revitalization; In terms of activation mechanisms, leveraging digital trade as a lever to achieve high-quality rural revitalization through six key areas—digitalization, platformization, intensification, inclusiveness, personalization, and ecologization—practically integrating “enriching pockets” with “enriching minds,” and gradually realized common prosperity for all people through a “Chinese governance model” aligned with strategic logic. Therefore, using the free flow of factors as a vehicle, we should unlock the potential of rural digital trade, and using digital trade as a lever, we should drive the integration of urban and rural industries; as well as rural industrial revitalization as the overarching goal, we will steadily advance common prosperity.
