| 目的 劳动力禀赋与数字技术使用分别是农户采纳行为的内生动力和重要引擎,系统分析二者对农户采纳稻虾共作模式的影响不仅有助于提高农户采纳积极性和经营管理规范性,而且对实现农业绿色发展意义重大。方法 文章基于江汉平原1 065份微观农户的调查数据,运用IV-Probit模型和中介效应模型实证分析劳动力禀赋与数字技术使用对农户采纳稻虾共作模式的影响、作用机制和互动作用。结果 (1)劳动力禀赋与数字技术使用对农户采纳稻虾共作模式有显著的促进作用,经检验后该结论依然稳健。(2)劳动力禀赋与数字技术使用不仅能直接促进农户采纳稻虾共作模式,还可通过增强农户预期收益间接对采纳行为产生积极影响。(3)交互作用表明,劳动力禀赋对农户采纳稻虾共作模式的促进作用会随着数字技术使用的提高而增强,从另一个角度讲,数字技术使用对农户采纳稻虾共作模式的正向影响也会随着劳动力禀赋的积累而提升,二者的对农户采纳稻虾共作模式的影响存在互补效应。结论 政府推广应用稻虾共作模式既要鼓励农户注重对自身禀赋的积累,也要完善农村数字技术基础设施建设,提高农户数字技术使用能力,实现二者共同发力。 |

| The endowment of agricultural labor and the use of digital technology are two important aspects that affect the adoption behavior of farmers' rice-crayfish co-culture model, systematic analysis of the impact of the two on farmers' adoption of the rice-crayfish co-culture model not only helps to improve farmers' adoption enthusiasm and management standardization, but also is of great significance to the realization of agricultural green development. Based on the survey data of 1 065 micro-farmer households in the Jianghan Plain, this research used IV-Probit model and mediation effect model to empirically analyze the impact of agricultural labor endowment and the use of digital technology on farmers' adoption of the rice-crayfish co-culture model, and revealed the internal role of farmers' adoption behavior. The results showed that: (1) The agricultural labor endowment and the use of digital technology had a significant positive impact on farmers' adoption of the rice-crayfish co-culture model. After changing the independent variables, using the LPM model and sub-sample estimation, the conclusion was still robust. (2) Further exploring the mechanism of action, it was found that the endowment of agricultural labor and the use of digital technology promoted the adoption of the rice-crayfish co-culture model by enhancing the expected benefits of farmers. Among them, the expected economic benefits and the expected ecological benefits were the main transmission mechanisms.(3) In addition, the effect of agricultural labor endowment on farmers' adoption of the rice-crayfish co-culture model would increase with the use of digital technologies, from another perspective, the positive impact of the use of digital technologies on farmers' adoption of the rice-crayfish co-culture model would also increase with the accumulation of agricultural labor endowments, and the two had a complementary effect on farmers' adoption of the rice-crayfish co-culture model. Therefore, for government’s promotion of the rice-crayfish co-culture model, it is essential to encourage farmers to focus on accumulating their own endowments while also improving rural digital technology infrastructure and enhancing farmers' digital technology proficiency, thereby ensuring coordinated efforts between the two. |
