| 摘要: |
| 目的 探究城郊地带农户宅基地使用权资本化的行为意向及其影响因素。方法 文章基于广东省典型宅基地改革试点区农户的实地问卷调查数据，以推拉理论为基础，运用结构方程模型，研究推力与拉力的直接影响与价值认知的中介效应。结果 （1）农村推力与城镇拉力显著正向影响农户行为意向，农村拉力与城镇推力显著负向影响农户行为意向，影响程度由强到弱依次为城镇拉力、农村推力、农村拉力与城镇推力。（2）家庭成员多在城市务工并定居、非农收入增加，是影响农户行为意向的重要因素。（3）宅基地价值认知在推拉力对农户行为意向的影响中发挥着中介作用，形成“推力与拉力—宅基地价值认知—农户宅基地使用权资本化行为意向”的影响路径。结论 城郊农户宅基地使用权资本化行为意向受到推力、拉力与价值认知的影响，未来推动宅基地使用权资本化需完善保障性措施，加强农民职业技能培训，积极引导农民市民化，并推进宅基地还权赋能，释放宅基地资本价值。 |

| This research primarily aims to explore the behavioral intention of suburban farmers regarding the capitalization of homestead use rights and the corresponding influencing factors. Based on the field questionnaire survey data of farmers obtained from typical homestead reform pilot areas in Guangdong province and grounded in the push-pull theory, the structural equation model was utilized to meticulously analyze both the direct impacts of push and pull factors and the mediating effect of homestead value cognition. The results demonstrated that rural push factors and urban pull factors had a positive effect on farmers' behavioral intention, while rural pull factors and urban push factors exhibited a negative influence. In terms of the degree of influence, urban pull factors rank first, followed by rural push factors, and then rural pull and urban push factors. (2) The existence of multiple family members working and residing in cities and an increase in non-agricultural income were significant determinants. (3) Homestead value cognition intervened in the relationship, generating an impact pathway, pushing and pulling force —cognition of the homestead value—intention of capitalization of farmers' homestead land use rights". In summary, the behavioral intention is influenced by push, pull, and value cognition. For the future promotion of the capitalization of homestead use rights, it is essential to improve safeguard measures, enhance vocational skills training for farmers, actively guide the urbanization of farmers, and strengthen the empowerment of homestead rights to release their capital value. |
