| 目的 乡村振兴是新时代中国关于农业农村发展的重大战略,如何评估各地乡村振兴水平是目前的重要问题,量化评价各地乡村振兴水平对于推进战略的实施具有重要意义。现有研究多囿于省域和市域分析,难以在县域层面揭示乡村振兴发展状况。方法 文章利用遥感影像、POI、社会经济统计数据等多源数据,从5个维度选取19个指标创建县域乡村振兴评价指标体系,结合熵值法和均权法综合评价2022年福建省76个县域的乡村振兴发展水平。结果 (1)福建省县域乡村振兴综合指数平均值为0.348 7,79%的县域均处于较低水平(0.2~0.4),且各县域乡村振兴发展水平空间差异显著,东部沿海地区的乡村振兴水平整体优于内陆地区;(2)闽南地区乡村振兴水平较高,主要得益于其地理优势、经济基础和政策支持等因素,而闽北和闽东地区乡村振兴水平较低,主要受自然条件和基础设施限制;(3)从乡村振兴的子维度来看,生态宜居和生活富裕指标在福建省各县域中表现相对较好,而产业兴旺、乡风文明和治理有效指标仍需进一步提升。结论 研究结果为福建省乃至全国的乡村振兴发展提供重要经验和启示。 |

| Rural revitalization is a major strategy for agricultural and rural development in China in the new era. How to assess the level of rural revitalization in different regions is currently an important issue, and quantitative evaluation of rural revitalization levels is crucial for promoting the implementation of this strategy. Existing studies have been mostly limited to provincial or municipal analyses, making it difficult to reveal the status of rural revitalization at the county level. Based on the multi-source data, including remote sensing imagery, POI, and socio-economic statistics, this study constructed a county-level rural revitalization evaluation system with 19 indicators selected from 5 dimensions. And the entropy and equal-weight methods were applied to comprehensively assess the rural revitalization development levels of 76 counties in Fujian province in 2022. The results were showed as follows. (1) The average value of the comprehensive index for rural revitalization at the county level in Fujian was 0.348 7, with 79% of the counties falling within the low range (0.2~0.4). There were significant spatial differences in the level of rural revitalization, with the eastern coastal areas performing generally better than inland regions. (2) The southern region of the province had a relatively high level of rural revitalization, mainly due to its geographic advantages, economic foundation, and policy support, while the northern and eastern regions lag behind, primarily due to the limitations in natural conditions and infrastructure. (3) In terms of sub-dimensions of rural revitalization, indicators related to ecological livability and prosperous living conditions performed relatively well across Fujian's counties. In contrast, indicators for industrial prosperity, rural civility, and effective governance still required further improvement. Therefore, the findings of this study provide valuable insights and experiences for rural revitalization in Fujian province and nationwide. |
