目的 揭示全域土地综合整治对农户生计“脆弱性—恢复力”耦合关系的影响,探究农户生计由“生存型”向“发展型”升级转型的新路径。方法 文章在分析全域土地综合整治对农户生计“脆弱性—恢复力”耦合关系影响机理的基础上,以湖北省荆门市、潜江市、荆州市和仙桃市的466份农户调查面板数据为样本,运用双重差分模型揭示全域土地综合整治对农户生计“脆弱性—恢复力”耦合关系的影响效应及其区域差异。结果 (1)全域土地综合整治通过构建科学高效的“三生空间”,系统优化土地的功能和效能,全面提升土地经济、社会、生态价值,可显著促使农户生计“脆弱性—恢复力”耦合关系由“高脆弱性—低恢复力”“高脆弱性—高恢复力”和“低脆弱性—低恢复力”向“低脆弱性—高恢复力”转变。(2)相比于丘陵山地,平原地区全域土地综合整治更能促使农户生计“脆弱性—恢复力”耦合关系由“高脆弱性—低恢复力”和“低脆弱性—低恢复力”向“高脆弱性—高恢复力”和“低脆弱性—高恢复力”转变。结论 应树立统筹协调的系统治理观,立足于“全域全要素”综合整治,实现区域土地利用系统的良性循环;结合资源禀赋与环境特征,因地制宜开展具有区域特色的全域土地综合整治,长效保障农户生计安全与质量,促使农户生计实现“低脆弱性—高恢复力”的最优耦合目标。 |

To reveal the influence mechanism of comprehensive land consolidation (CLC) on the coupling relationship between farmer' livelihood vulnerability (LV) and livelihood resilience (LR) and explore the new path of farmers' livelihoods from subsistence to development. Based on the analysis of the influence mechanism of comprehensive land consolidation on the coupling relationship, 466 household survey data in Jingmen city, Qianjiang city, Jingzhou city and Xiantao city of Hubei province were used as samples to explore the effect of comprehensive land consolidation on the coupling relationship and regional difference by using difference-in-differences model. The results showed that: (1) By constructing a scientific and efficient land space, and systematically optimizing the functions and effectiveness of land and comprehensively enhancing the economic, social and ecological values of land, CLC could significantly achieve low LV and high LR from the coupling relationship of the high LV and low LR, high LV and high LR, and low LV and low LR. (2) Compared with hilly and mountainous areas, CLC in plain areas could better promoted the coupling relationship to high LR and high LR, and low LV and high LR. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an integrated and coordinated view of system governance for CLC, to realize the virtuous cycle of regional land use system, and to carry out CLC in accordance with regional characteristics by combining resource endowment and environmental characteristics, so as to ensure the safety and quality of farmers' livelihoods in the long term and to achieve the optimal coupling of low LV and high LR. |
